Thank you, Dr. Berg. I just fasted for 72 hours drinking only lemon water with a teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt & a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother) & my vitamin D3/K2 drops, B complex, Amino Acid complex, vitamin C & choline.
I just broke my fast at 9 am today with some sauerkraut & four eggs over easy.
Not eating again until I'm hungry.
I feel great. No more sugar & fast food or fast carbs or non-organic food for me.
I want to get down to waist 34 pants. I'm 64 years young.
    Once again, thank you ♥️♥️♥️.

@@Khushi....wthqthwu2ksg ..I’ve been doing IF for awhile and breaking fast with eggs easily satisfied me. Also with nuts like walnuts or avocado and salad. Healthy keto will make your fasting longer and avoid hunger but with too much carbs, you’ll get hungry easily.

@@ctrinidad5581 For the last several years or so I've been eating breakfast midday after 16 hrs. of IF. I eat 3-4 eggs and nothing else until supper about 8pm. That's usually some kind of meat and vegetables, a lot of which I grow. Sometimes my husband still wants rice or wild rice, but it doesn't satisfy me like it used to. I still eat too much fruit and it leaves me hungry.

Began the Keto Feb 1st, 2024. Today is March 27th, 2024. I began with a 4 hour 2 meal eating window between 1pm and 5pm, fasting for 20 hours. Followed the nutrition changes to the T. I am now as of this week on the OMAD schedule, and I love it. I have lost 20 pounds, with a goal of 30. I am shocked that I can do my exercise routine while I am fasting with actually MORE energy! Oh, I feel great! I just wish I'd found this long before now--I'm 73. I weigh less now than when I got back from Vietnam in 1973. Thanks, Eric!

I'm 73 and do 50 pushups (non stop) every day, blood pressure 117/68 and have lost most of the weight I needed to, along with controlling my blood glucose levels without drugs. Eat 2 low carb meals a day and once a week I do an extended fast for 38 hours. I don't think I'm in for a heart attack either .

I was SHOCKED!! their kitchen table looks like a commercial pharmacy!! There is hardly even any room to eat!!! I cannot believe how many medications they are taking and have been prescribed!!! I've taken them to a few Dr.s appointments which generally take just few minutes "how are you doing feeling" "great" re- write yet another prescription, not a single mention of lifestyle, food choices!! Another great video Dr. Berg.
here are few points which I have observed.
    1. Stay physical active like brisk walking and cycling but not over active and do not do every day exercise or heavy exercise. Rest and some exercise but physically challenge yourself once in a while.
    2. Have good sleep.
    3. Avoid carbohydrates and do healthy keto with fasting.
    4. Laugh and be close to friends who make you laugh.
    5. Reduce stress and avoid stressful jobs. Prefer jobs with more vacation time.
    6. Stop thinking negative.
    7. Listen to music and songs, watch movies smile to everyone you see.
    8. Carefully monitor your BP and make sure it’s not over 125/80
    9. Carefully monitor your Blood sugar.
    10. Never smoke or alcohol.

Ny one side of ny heart has been working at 30%. I do not high high blood pressure or any clogged arteries. The symptom was shortness of breath when walking up hills. 6 years ago they checked everything as I was having severe pressure radiating from the center of my chest. They found nothing!!! NowcI am on meds to relieve the stress on my heart and help to strengthen it. The next symptom was congestion in my lungs as though I had allergies. Well the heart was not able to pump the blood through the lungs and it was filling up with mucus. My allergist found the problem. I am thankful for him!!! God has preserved me as I had been pushing myself not realizing I was in danger of losing ny life!!! My symptoms were none of what you mentioned, rather they were a constant cough, sometimes hard coughing. Sweating, vomiting, sleeping a lot. Then I was whisked off by ambulance to the hospital, at one time pronounced dead.
Symptoms can be VERY subtle, to the point you think it’s just something else, never suspecting your heart is giving out.

I too did the 96 hour fast and my blood sugar leveled off and maintained at 64. I broke my fast officially at 98:20 with a small green salad from subway. I ate it very slowly and chewed very thoroughly. Took almost an hour to eat it.
I’ve used this as the spring board to begin intermittent fasting. So far over a 2 week period I have lost 8 pounds with zero exercise.
I plan to begin incorporating exercise into my plan next week. Just wanted to give my body time to adjust again.
I’ve got way more energy, my vision is better, and I’m sleeping better.

Recently your 1 year old post on hydrogen peroxide popped up and I watched with interest that you recommend using it as a mouthwash/gargle. I had been doing so for years until recently when Dr. Ken Berry had a post that said it raises blood pressure, so I stopped. .? Usually you and Dr Berry are on the same wavelength so there hasn't been conflicting info, as I subscribe to both of you. I am going to resume my practice of using H2O2 daily because I always felt it kept my mouth clean, and I stopped using toothpaste years ago due to fluoride concerns. I know I'm commenting on the wrong post, but I didn't know if you would see a comment on a year old post. I did watch the above post also because both my parents died from heart attacks and I want to avoid that. I thank you for all the health info that you deliver in easy to understand formats.

@@Drberg Hello, Dr. Berger, I would like to ask if there is any treatment for myocardial infarction. Recently, the elderly in my family got this disease, and I don't know the area of myocardial infarction at present. Do you need to do myocardial nuclide test to know this? I'm really anxious. I hope Dr. Berger can help me explain it after seeing it. Besides, I would like to ask how this disease is treated abroad. Is it really impossible to recover after myocardial infarction? And if the patient has this disease, must he put a stent? Can he still be saved? Moreover, since he got this myocardial infarction, the old man can move his hands and feet, and he can shake his head and blink his eyes, but he can't speak. What's going on here?

Yes. Sometimes there are no symptoms. There is also vascular dementia. My father was 90% blocked in 2 parts of his heart and didn't feel anything. If my cousin didn't think he was losing his mind and had him go to the hospital to be checked for mental illness, he may have died sooner. They checked him fully and found he was blocked. He was sent to surgery to have stents put in (open heart surgery was ruled out because of his age and condition). Since then though, the dementia has gotten worse and he has been declining over the years(another long surgery did not help matters). Sorry so long. Just be cautious people. Wishing everyone good health. 🙏

Dr. Berg brings up an interesting point here that really needs to be repeated more often. In the medical industry's aim to treat symptoms, they obscure the severity or existence of diseases and dysfunction that could have more dire consequences than the symptom that such medications are designed to mitigate. If more medical professionals realize that they are sometimes doing more harm than good by inundating their patients with pills, far more progress could be made towards the true correction of what ails us. Thank you Dr. Berg for articulating a truly sage insight.

I love your videos and life changing advice Dr. Berg. I despair when I visit my GP or local hospital , where highly talented, intelligent and experienced physicians, are all brainwashed by 1950's flawed research on cholesterol, that was hammered into them at medical school. The very first thing they do is reach for the prescription pad , to give you a tablet to mask the symptoms, ignoring the root cause.
They are looking for a cost effective, instant quick symptom fix, ignoring what's going to kill you 5 years down the line.
There's no point trying to tell them anything to the contrary , because they just won't listen. God help us all.
