Honestly, this pizza looks friggin excellent.
K H They put fresh parm olive oil and basil after it's been cooked and when the customer takes it out. Definitely one of the better pizza joints

This needs a new review, their pizza has evolved over time, and quite honestly is some of the best pizza ive had. For sure best by the slice pizza in the entire city.

I’ve tested again yesterday the pizza l’industrie is from another world ! The best pizza I’ve tried in New York ! They used sourdough it’s much more work than the 98% normal dough in nyc

"football pizza" and "heavy" are the most incorrect descriptions of this pizza
Portnoy doesn't know anything about pizza lmao. L'industrie's pie is so airy and soft. It almost tastes like a Margherita, but cripsier and the crust has nice subtle hints of wheat flavor.

His reviews almost always remind me of growing up on LI and having a mom and pop pizza place in every strip mall. Even the bad ones were 10 times better then most pizza places outside of The NYC metropolitan area. It’s like the competition was so fierce that if you weee not at least a 7.0 (on Portnoy scale) you would not last long. Big slice hold in half eat it on a greasy paper plate. So much pizza so many places was hard to pick my favorite because so many were so good. You can almost always be guaranteed at least a good slice if not a great one.

Visually, for some reason the clumps of fresh basil really bother me on a traditional looking pizza yet I like them on a margherita style pizza.....

He's way off. I've had it three times and it's a 9. As far as new york pizza goes this place is a 9 at the very least. Period. I'm a born and bread NYC guy with knowledge of top pizza spots in all five boroughs, and this place is top 5 in the entire City.

@@alexanderv.8961 💯. I don't know about the slices with meat which I can't have(religious dietary restrictions) but the regular was just meh...not bad just didn't match up to the hype. I enjoyed my slice of goat cheese though & would say it's better than the regular.

The owner is pretty nice. Lindustrie makes great pizza and I put ahead of Best Pizza by a mile.
