If you want to keep the beautiful look of the berries on the lady fingers, put the cream/yogurt mixture on only part of the topping or even keep it in a separate bowl and have your family or guests top is as they eat it to their delight. I know you've gone through some rough patches but have kept your charm, humanity and joie de vie which touches the hearts of all your fans on tv and online. Thank you for brightening all of our lives.

True - gooseberries is another fruit totally missing in the US - why ??? I grew up with my Gran's fruits all summer in UK - blackberries, gooseberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants all picked fresh from the back garden, oh & rhubarb - yum so many wonderful treats she made with them !
