I've been patiently waiting on the 034 tune for the 2.0 b8/8.5 platform. I almost went the APR route but after talking with a 034 rep I decided to hold off until they had their tune ready. It should be available within a year (21/22). Good news as 034 has proven year after year to provide high quality modifications for my Audis. From my 4000s, 200 20vs, or my B8.5 allroad 034 has it covered. Great video and excellent explanation on why you made the decision to go with 034!

Agree 1000% having used another competitors tune for the B8.5 3.0 and there logging software. Transmission tune is top notch for the DSG.

Email their customer service and tell them you came from this video and I say hi haha they have a beta tcu as well that is great for a stage 1 car and stage 2 single pulley car. The full version TCU should be coming soon, it will be perfect for everything after that. I am running a mix of Melen_TCU and my own currently.
great video thank you! i live in europe so i have a different tune and pulley. but i am running an stage 2 with single pulley, exhaust with no cats and bigger diameter & bigger air intake. In terms of reliability and safety to the engine i stayed with a single compression pulley but do you think a dual pulley will give me that much extra hp without destroying the engine? i have about 510bhp at the moment in my audi a7 2011 3.0t. thx
Thank you for the kind words! So long as the maintenance is up to date, I don't see why your engine can't handle more. 💪😃 They are quite strong units!
uhhh no. There is NO world in which your 2011 3.0T is pushing more than 500 without dual pulleys, heat exchanger, and E85 and people dont go E85 until they've done dual pulley, which should get you AT MOST about 460-480 bhp from that generation of 3.0T. Your single pulley setup with intake and test pipes? You're likely in the 440-450bhp range and that's all estimation of an immaculate drivetrain which I doubt your almost 13 year old car has. I bet you dont have much more than 430bhp... maybe 360-370 to the wheels. Nothing to sneeze at for sure but dont boast off of claimed numbers from an off the shelf tune/kit.
@@Dudeman9339 I'm E50, ported blower, aggressive dual pulley and throttle body and testpipes. I'm on the new generation of 3.0t C7/4G. 2012. I dynoed 470awhp on dual pulley 100oct. Trapping +126mph in the 1/4 mile with 4166lbs is in the north of 600bhp range with the calculators.

Just purchased a 2023 S5. I plan on tuning 034 stage 1. Unfortunately, from what I know, including 034, doesn't have a true TCU tune for the B9.5 2023 model yet. However, 034 claims they are able to control TCU through the ECU to achieve same level of performance and safety as their Bundle ECU/TCU tunes. Any thoughts on this? Also, how drastically did your furl mileage change after you tuned? Any information you can give me about your experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I think yet is the key part of the true tcu. I have absolute faith in them being able to do something properly. They have talented software engineers there who also are tuners. Thats a serious powerhouse combo to have in house. In light load normal driving conditions, my fuel economy didn't change. A bit different though with my supercharger compared to your turbocharger. I only have great things to say, mostly why I made this video. I wouldn't change. Since making the video, I run their tcu tune as well and nothing but solid things to say about ecu and tcu software from 034.
Their test pipe file & SAI delete do have me jealous.

Could be. Scan codes and scope your cats from the 02 sensors to check them
What tune would you recommend for 93 or e85? If I get a tune I dont want to have to blend my fuel or anything I just want a quick daily.
For what car?
@@SuitedUp2The9s 12-15 A6 3.0T, most I plan on doing is ECU and TCU tune, some exhaust work, intercooler, intake and throttle body, not planning on upgrading supercharger.
@@zacharybuckley6478 still for sure 034 software for ecu and tcu for 93. For our cars there is no E85 files just a heads up. It will definitely be a dialed in fast daily

Have you tried the IE tune?
I understand the IE tune in great detail and from that would prefer to run the 034 tune. The IE tunes for the 3.0t are very strong.
