Hi
How did you find out the pcv valve is bad?
I have same engine and I'm worried about
I have e to much pressure in the crankcase and smoke from dipstick and oil cap
Also oil cap is dancing if is not close properly to understand how much pressure I have inside...1.6 tdci

Try cleaning or replace the EGR Valve
also have a DPF Clean... it sounds as if
gases are struggling to properly escape
causing higher pressure... also have regular
oil changes to minimise carbon build-up.

I guess you mean the Air Filter Flow Intake Hose

should the new orange membrane seal 100% to the outside ?
Because mine is blowing a little bit of air out the top after replacing it
