Yo i live in country that does not need license (indonesia) , if you want we can make a deal where i smelt the gold and you pay for my labour.

Ich denke mal du bist ausm deutschsprachigen raum also wirst du sie seid dem 1.1.21 oder 1.1.22 zeitlebens brauchen ohne EVE geht garnichts und du musst bei speziellen händlern regestriert sein über eine firma allerdings und auch nur mit vollkommen nachweissbarer chemielehre (blöd gesagt)

Use a smaller bucket with holes drilled in it for gold foils to pass through. Dip that in the water which is in a bigger bucket. That will be more effective than spraying the foils on the colander
