@@YourSpaceMyFace Nice I wish I could have been able to go to some of the shows.. I was a kid when that tour was happening though.. it sucks that all the shows I would love to see for specific albums I grew up with I will never get to see..
I am an old fart. My son got this album when he was a kid and I was blown away by it. The flow of this album, along with its theatrics is fantastic. Very much like Queen used to do.
Loved your reaction. Thank you for posting this. The entire album tells a great story. I guarantee you'd have a lot of people watching your reaction to the entire album. The man the album is about is the patient...a veteran going through death. My favorite song on this album (perhaps my favorite in life) is "Mama". At the beginning of this song you hear the deep bass of bombs dropping in the background as this patient is writing a letter to his mother from the trenches. I'll be subscribed hoping to see more from you on this album. I'm a 54 year old man who sometimes feels this group saved my life at one time with their music.
@@TheSolarScience not really, they are first cousins once removed and have never actually met , there’s plenty of family I’ve never met, especially on my father’s side since I’m not close with my father or his side of the family
Oh you saw Helena, if your going to listen to MCR, I’d recommend The Used “Taste Of Ink” The black parade came out once “Helena “and “I’m not Ok” I totally recommend both by the way. Gerard Way and his Brother Mikey are in MCR. My sister and I were and still are total mcr fans. They got big back in early 2000s with I’m not ok, then Helena came out and everyone especially the girls were going crazy. We would pause the screen when he would show certain faces, and we guss and dance and it was 😅. This black parade was their mainstream breakout. Check out The Used, Burt and Gerard Way are friends.(Gerard is the lead singer of Mcr) sorry my thoughts are scattered because of the music, but I love my music❤
Yo, if you like this you might like some Punk Rock music as well. Sum 41, Dial Drive, and Less Than Jake are my favorites to listen to, but stuff like Green Day, and NoFX are generally more popular.
This is easily my favorite band, just enough theatrics, i love the punk rock vibe, interesting lyrics, and killer aesthetic, Roy Toro and Girard Way are more talented than they get credit for, and Frank goes crazy on stage
My dad passed away two months ago. The lyrics are about a son but I was his only daughter. I have three brothers. It’s still really hard. A lot of the lyrics resonate with how I feel never knowing that when I saw this video a year ago I would be watching this now and would help a little seeing those lyrics. One of my brothers sent my two other brothers the video James Blunts’s (Monsters) and both to me. We aren’t close and never have been that’s probably why. My dad and I were really close.
You probably like this kind of music becuase this was the shit Xxxtentacio, juice rld and Ski mask used to listen to and inserted into their style with rap
The entire album is perfection.
I agree one of my personal favorites
@@chriswiller4984 i saw them live at the NIA Birmingham UK on the black parade tour, best live performance ever joint with Muse

One of the best albums of the decade.
My favorite MCR album.
People who listened to this in high school, aka people in their 30s now, can recognize this song from the first note XD
😂😂😂
I'm way younger than that and easily recognize it the same way XD
@@FuzZy_S0cKz Just goes to show how iconic the song is :)
@@Bulbman123 yep!
Maann.. i miss those days. I wish I could go back just for a good solid month. I love that era so much
Also lead singer Gerard is a gifted writer he wrote the comic Umbrella Academy, the same one on NF

🖤 My Chemical Romance!!! Black Parade will be played at my funeral!
Same 😂🖤
Shit that was quick, thanks for reacting to it! If you prefer this sound of theirs maybe try their song Famous Last Words?
One of my favorites. They made the video the next day while the burned the set down for this video ❤️🔥
Disenchanted was a favorite of mine❤
My heart is happy when someone genuinely likes My Chem. Thank you
I would love to see a reaction to the entire album, front to back. It's a rock opera, meant to be listened to as a story. Pretty please?

My youngest son is your age. Him and my oldest son introduced me to this song years ago. Now we sing it as loud as we can together in the car!
I’ve seen them live three times, I even went dressed in a Black parade dress. I grew up loving these and my favourite was their second album
This album is what made me who I am today, life wouldn’t be the same without it! Mcr is life
With the Linkin Park and MCR can we get some Evanescence
My Chemical Romance was inspired heavily by the band Queen Gerard Way was inspired by Freddie Mercury
The guitars in the c-part(i dont know this word) is so Brian May. So many great bands influenced by Queen.
Gerard Way .. is Joe Rogan's cousin ...
@ yes but they are totally different and don’t know each and only found out late in life
@DarkAngel1985Mike isn't that a bit odd?

Awesome reaction. You got to subscriber from me
He should continue with this, I love seeing the dynamic of his reaction to music video bands that I’ve listened and loved❤
Go Birds! "Keep the main thing the main thing" - Jalen Hurts
best album of all time
MCR had some of the most amazing guitar and drum work of any band I can think of. Gerard Way's vocals are on another level as well.

My favourite band since 2006. Welcome. Hugs from Sweden.
Mine too - and I'm an old "Get off my lawn!" bastard.

Get one!!!!
Your reactions, looks, and vibe on camera are good. You need 1000x more subs
I heard someone say this is the Bohemian Rhapsody of our generation.
Ive NEVER seen a reaction video where someone didnt get hyped for the black parade
"The Ghost of You" is amazing, too.
Do the whole album!

It’s emo music, and the entire albums very good
Ah the memories! I listened to this album non stop when it came out. Peak emo phase 😂
Ohmygod I can't WAIT for you to experience the band Coheed and Cambria 🤍
i like them, but they're not even in the same league as MCR
@@RocknRollDina both amazing bands, no doubt
Also the album is a concept album which means u need to listen to it all to fully appreciate it.

It really is anthem worthy. in every emo way

even tho i was one of those ''screw these emo-pop bands'' type of guys growing up, i've always massively appreciated this song
it's a masterpiece
Emopop does have some bangers.
Crazy how every person in my Hs prob knew this song lol
