    Seal is so much more luxurious than model 3 that they are not in the same class.

      The seats are possibly the only thing that I liked in the Seal compared to Model 3. Seal seats, especially the front seats, cocoons the front passenger and driver really well. This is esp so in the 3.8s version. I slide around in my model 3 performance. But other that that, I find
      - too many buttons and panels everywhere that everything is cluttered.
      - speed display on the front glass very distracting
      - not a true one pedal driving experience. We still need to use the brake, and the regenerative braking is really weak.
      - the lag time when we step on the throttle. Feels like an ICE vehicle where the clutch and gears are adjusting. Unlike the instant response in a model 3.
      Then again, to be fair, these are exactly why some users don't like a tesla.

    Thanks for introducing BYD that majority Singaporeans have no idea what is happening in the EV market in China. You should make a trip to Shanghai and introduced Singaporeans about the EV market there.

    I heard the back seats of the Model 3 highland has extremely tight and uncomfortable seats.

    You've not mentioned safety stuff like LSD, ESP, EBD, Airbag(s?), Brake Assist, Seat belt tensioner etc... are they available? No point able to go fast 3.6s but not safe to go that fast..

      this will get NCAP 5 star rating... its body frame stiffness is comparable to a RR Phantom.

      no, road taxi is higher than model 3 performance. Its $5588 road tax

      Porsche taycan turbo S is higher but well it is a different league. It can buy 3 or more tesla to bang and scrap.

    Just curious what is the seat adjustment like? Do you get thigh support? I'm 6ft 6 and really interested in one of these when they come to the UK and cant seem to find any reviews showing the seat adjustment

      the seat adjustment is electric,for your 6ft 6 tall,the rear seat is soso but better than model3 and taycan,the front seat is also better than model3, the cushion is so soft and supportive for drive

    Another review on design and driving but nothing on safety features which this car have or not have. No crash tests ect. Nothing. But we have a guy who ride a car in helmet. Lovely.

      There is but only from the charging port, on the outside, with the V2L adapter.

    Waiting for the day byd give us a 3s car with vios pricing, surely byd can do it with all the CCP subsidy like what was done in the solar panel industry. 😂😂😂. China cars be prepared to be taxed max in europe and US but u are welcome to sell here at 130k, 3s of coz and 700km range.
    10yrs unlimited warrenty too since china is so damn proud and yaya about their tech prowess. 😂 consumer will not reject

    There isn't a lot of headroom even for a 1.6m short person. I guess it will be very squeezy for driver and paasengers who are above 1.75m. It looks like the Chinese have designed this car for the typical Chinese-size people.

      I can't agree more after my holiday in China. To me it is just wow! Singapore is indeed outdated. Singapore is slow in EV cos govt need to " protect" the petrol ...
