Absolutly.. imagine a 1Litre wagon r costing upwards of 6.5 lac ruppes with absolutely zero value for money. Such earopean cars/brand are a relief to indian car buyers who otherwise has only maruti/hyndai as option

Test drove Basalt Plus NA variant today, 1. Drive was smooth, power delivery was linear in low gears (1&2) no jerks felt 2. Very bad roads with potholes, effortlessly cruised in 2nd gear. 3. Did not feel the engine to be underpowered at all. Overall it was great fun to drive, it does the job. Go and test drive the NA variant if you are on a budget. If you love driving manual cars.. This is the one
This car and brand Truely deserves a Thumbs-Up from india car buyers 👍👍 Its high time we cutsize the monopoly of maruti/hyundai cars which are now selling at exhorbitantly high prices and low quality and the same repitative engine/gear options. Those criticizing this car for features sgud also consider is overall package and its conservative price. You drive an 11Lac ruppees swift and then drive this 11lac ruppes Basalt or C3 aircross..you will yourself feel the massive difference in ride quality, handling and suspension setup of both the cars. Both have superb best in class suspension amd driving dynamisc in under Rs.15Lac car segment
I checked for adding armrest and fog lamps as accessory with the dealer they said its not possible.. onlythe same variant spare parts of the company configuration is available to that variant other variant variants parts can't be fitted and warranty would be void
Why They Still Giving Worst Tyre Brand Every Manufacturer changes tyre suppliers But From the Beginning they are Giving Ceat Tyres below average tyres Knowledgeable Customers Would have to Invest More to change these tyres

If u live in big city, servicing wont be a problem and I think maintainnace shud also be less coz its an european brand and they are known for their relaiability and durability+ it doesnt have gimmicky features which have tendency of getting malfunctioned very soon. This car is for sheer comfort and driving pleasure.
200 showrooms coming by year end and till now no major complaints for there previous models reported in social media... But Tata reported a lot of complaints
Good review 👌👌... Base and Mid variants of Basalt are useless and are not worth buying as I feel as many useful features are missing ... Only Top variant is considerable ... I doublt Basalt's survival in India ...

I am thinking of buying the base variant, but i am sceptical about the after sales service and maintenance for next 15 years
