I agree with everything, except for the “avoid sugar”. Don’t avoid sugar because avoiding anything in particular increases binges, and irregular eating. Maybe eat less sugar or more controlled amounts, but not necessarily “avoid”. ❤
Dring too much water is bad for you,don't avoid sugar just eat it less,eat fats carbohydrates but less,it's important to be balanced, exercise, Be healthy❤

A good rule of thumb is to drink when you're thirsty and to listen to your body.
The hardest thing to avoid is sugar, sugar is in everything expect whole grain, organic, and sugar free items. Juice is always hard to get away from for me, i try to drink as much water as possible
