Wow, the timing of me seeing this video is perfect, I was with a narcissist for 4 years, and when we stopped seeing each other, i found the love of my life, and because i was trauma bonded, i ended up ruining things but i realized my mistake and did all i could to make sure i got her back.

I feel your pain , after trying out the no contact experiment that failed miserably, i had to find other means, i had to reach out to a spiritual adviser, it was brilliant idea which i never thought it was, but it worked wonders for me
Thank you Stephan! I've received a lot of push back when trying to break up with a Christian man because I knew in my spirit we weren't the right fit. Everything looked great on paper and was a nice guy, but I just knew. Now, if I feel in my spirit they aren't the right fit, I let them go immediately because based off my experience, they are going to react negatively.

It’s been very challenging- I was SO drawn to him didn’t even pray abt it or hold all my standard boundaries- realized 2 - 3 weeks of dating I was hurting both of us bc I knew this was not right for me- Ugh it feels horrible I apologized & tried to give some closure & praying Gods best for both of us what’s right for our stage of life. Praying he understands & we both may have the peace of God
you preaching on this one!... folks don't generally go in with toxic intent, yes it happens, but in general... people want to be happy and then disappointment causes them to do questionable or down right negative things
I'm about to let go of social media. This way of communicating isn't a good look for me. I'm tired of hearing the same shit over and over with no action. Ready, want to, coming, on the way is taking on the definition of gaslighting, dragging along, and it's really not a good look at all for me!!!!! I know what God told me, and I have never questioned it, but I'm going back to him. He sees my heart, and I am not going to continue with social media. I'm tired of it all. Stupid shit gets on my nerves. I have one left!!
Please, I need help. I met such a great guy just over a week ago. Everything was going really well more than I’ve ever kinda experienced, calling me, texting me, seeing me, everything. Then NYE was bad bc I couldn’t let go of him looking at other girls. We kinda moved forward but I felt this tension, so I basically told him if you’re not ready for something more or things aren’t the right time for you we can end it. Then he ended up saying yes.. there was no hate, no disrespect but I miss him terrible. I feel like maybe I forced him into that decision because of my past hurt and being made a fool.. A couple days later he sent me this: I’m sorry for the past week. You seem like a really good girl and I just want to encourage you to continue to be yourself despite the ways I may have put you down. It’s a matter of us not connecting and more of a reflection on me because I lost patience. I struggled to open up about my childhood because it’s a tough topic for me. But other than that I don’t know whether to reach out or just leave it. He never made me feel like things weren’t going somewhere until I felt that tension and I don’t know what this message means . PLEASE HELP
