I heard this earlier today via 4 boxes diner. This may be a long term win too. Idiots banning and restricting rights of which they are ignorant of the particulars is never a good thing. I celebrate for you, CHEERS! the Rooster
I think there is a more than 50 percent chance they may decline to hear the case on appeal because of their deciding not to get involved so far. It is a very well written and researched opinion. The Oregon AG is a lame duck she is out of office next election.
That could be true, be t I think that come election time that there's going to be a surprise trove of mail-in and absentee ballots found that just happen to be for her in just the right amount to put her easily back into the job. Amazingly. Almost like suddenly the dead voted, and about 10% more people voted than the state has total population. But there won't be anything shady or suspicious about it and no you can't see the ballots because privacy and where they were stored burst into flames just before inspection, so have to trust the science... System... The current government isn't telling lies.
Congratulations 🎊 There are some really good organizations out there that are helping the firearms community. I won't mention any by name, but everyone should check them out and consider joining. Again, congratulations. I forgot to add you have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving.
I have been listening to the magazine ban since you started talking about it, take goodness a judge understands how wrong it was especially how wrong it would be for older firearms. Out of curiosity I keep seeing that Remington model 14 on your gun rack what caliber it? I have one in .35 Remington.
They made them in calibers to compete with the model 94 25,30,32, and the 35 Remington All of wich are obsolete except the 35 Remington and it's on the way out judging by the ammo for it which is about impossible to find but if you have brass you can reload them using data for the 25-35,30-30and 32 special Winchester
I can tell you're holding back terminology when describing our DOJ and intelligence departments. So much right now is beyond corrupted. Thank you to the few men and women in government who have a backbone and are willing to do their job against all the bribery, blackmail, and threats going on.
People need to know the definition of the words MILITIA and ARMS !!! A Militia is an Army of the People !!! And Arms comes from the Latin word Arma which means TOOLS of WAR !!!
The government should have no power to force the individual to ask for permission to perform a right. You shouldn't have to beg to not be forced to confess or just admit to anything. You shouldn't have to beg for permission to express a grievance towards the government. However, if the government doesn't want you to have the means to defend yourself. By default the government is accepting the task. Yet we all know that the government will hide behind the court ruling that says "unless specifically declared, the government is under no obligation to protect you from dangers." That's one thing that they'll never want to get rid of.
So idk if it's possible but if I was to send u a blr or express can we put an 8.6 blackout barrel in it? And what kinda price something like that cost? Think it would make a grate guide gun.
Sorry, I'm buried in old Colts and Winchesters. Sounds like an interesting idea, though. Try Wyoming Armory up in Cody. They may be able to help you with that conversion.
Keep fighting for your rights as here in Australia they keep chipping away at what we can have and what we are allowed to do.Australia is fast head to a state controlled country
There just needs to be laws and consequences against politicians that enact unconstitutional laws. They are destroying businesses, making criminals out of law abiding people, wasting tax payers dollars, and not focusing on the real problems out there. As usual, thank you for your videos!
Pro 2A Oregonians have won the battle, but not the war. We need to go on the offense and stop being on the defense. First thing we need to do is repeal Vote by Mail and go back to paper ballots at poling places and showing a valid Oregon ID.
Good to hear. I moved out of Oregon several years ago because of the intolerant bigotry by those claiming to be “progressive.” Beautiful country out there though. I do miss the land but not the leftist extremism.
I still ask this question all the time but never really get an answer. How did it become the norm to have to have the governments permission to own anything? Who started that and more importantly how do we stop it?
This question is going off the rails but , Who makes your shirts??? I'm very picky about my clothes and I am always on the lookout for quality gear ... I can't stand shirts with little pockets 😂😂please respond
10 seconds is the fastest I got a response on New Year’s Day 2020. And that was with about 3500 pending applications in the queue. (Probably helped I was military with a clearance, lol!)
It's important to stay involved but I wouldn't worry too much about it. There's so many gun owners together it's a very powerful lobby. Anti-gun laws may chip away at the edges but the main principles are straight forward enough where the 2nd amendment is easy enough to understand. The problem will always be with capacity. Honest people will always have guns for protection. For now that's better than other countries. Good to stay involved, great.
Of course it's unconstitutional and those who wrote and passed it KNOW that it won't pass the SCOTUS. Just a waste of taxpayer money. I'm so happy for you Mark! I know that was bothering you and now you can relax.
Next election, the people of Oregon need to vote out Kotek, her main goal anyway was to become the first lesbian Governor, well since she achieved that goal and has had her moment of glory it's time to put her out.
I wonder what you think of the Greater Idaho movement. Join us here in Idaho and get away from the progressive lunacy on the west side. However, we probably shouldn't be holding our breath waiting for it to happen.😏
We would love to become part of Greater Idaho. However, I think it's a longshot. Even if the Oregon and Idaho legislatures approved it, I doubt we'd ever a blessing from US Congress. It would open the door for a flood of requests from deep red areas of blue states to request state border adjustments. But hey, we can aways keep our fingers crossed that we might again live in a free state that's not controlled by the crazy folks in Portland.
@@thecinnabar8442 Everything you wrote is true. The powers that be won't allow it. Eastern Washington has wanted to split off from the west side since at least the 1970s. Much of Northern California would love to be separated from the south. Nevada is developing its own little culture war. Montana is on that list. Even here in Idaho there are pockets of progressives that are working their way into positions of power and influence. The influx of people into Idaho moving from the heckholes they allowed to develop is only accelerating the process. The number of people that think there needs to be a Starbucks on every corner is steadily increasing. I don't see where increased urbanization ever improved anything, but I am just a country boy, so what do I know.
Hoover's actions more than a half century ago is certainly not evidence that the FBI has, "always been a political organization." The FBI cleaned up their act quite a lot after Hoover's death. What appears to be happening today is much different than one person's quest for power, but rather the organization's resources being used to promote one political party's agenda.
Finally a Judge with common sense and willing to enforce the constitutional rights of owning firearms! Congrads Oregon!
Nice to know there are still sane judges out there

Thank you Harney County. The rest of the State needs to wake up and repeal this Unconstitutional law.
The ruling was handed down in Harney County Circuit Court, but it stops Measure 114's implementation throughout the entire state of Oregon.
Amen!! Glad to hear it!!

Big step for democracy
You mean for freedom and liberty. The liberals are always saying democracy
Common sense can go far.Home school is home Rule in Josephine County.
Wonderful news for you guys. I don't live there but it's always good news for anyone that is not having there rights removed.
Why doesn't Oregon use the federal background check instead of a state background check?
Fantastic news for all of us that live in Oregon!
Finally someone with some useful ability. Congratulations!
Congratulations 🎊

It sure isn’t the NRA.
They’ve pretty much abandoned the western states

Got a old model 8 in 35 Remington
That one's a 30 Remington.

If we were only so lucky in California
But what Democrat and rino doesn't.
At what point do our "betters" turn into King George? (Or do we see them as such?)
It was the best news of the day!
Congratulations!
Good for Oregon. A win for any state is a win for every state.

As Emperor of Oregon, I am very happy with this ruling.

They're very common and popular among loggers in the Northwest. Do a search for "Hickory Shirt"

The FBI has always been a political organization. Hoover designed it that way and set their goals that way.
But he went after Criminals, the fbi is going after people that CAN pass a background check now. Big difference.
