Yemen: Coronavirus is an 'attack by the West'

There's no coronavirus pandemic in Yemen if you ask anybody in the Old City of Sana'a.
Many people believe that Khat - addictive leaves which 90% of Yemen's population chew daily - can help ward off the disease.
Others think it's a viral attack on them by the West.
