I think this has its place in the pits, when judging rollout and gearing for a setup. I have been wanting to get an optical RPM checker to go through motor and compare amp draw and RPM, however, that wont give me any rollout figures unless I want to do the math or setup a spreadsheet. This is an easy way to figure out if your gearing and rollout is appropriate for the circuit if you know your target speed. While there are plenty of ways to "cheat" this system due to the roller drag, its important just to take it for what it is and try to remove variables to keep it as accurate as you can.
Ooh! I had been wondering if anyone uses 14500 cells and dummy cells to get more juice and lighter weight. I would set up a jumper wire over the center 2 battery slots, and put the lipo cells in the outer 2, to reduce weight a ton.
Wow lol...well thanks for watching at least...Yeah 2008 was 10 years ago and this is more like 2000 and late...anyway...this is more of a measure of speed than skill here. While 25 mph may not be all that impressive the idea here is to get a sense of how fast it's actually capable of going and how it correlates with handling and track times. Thanks!

Omg I LOVE mini 4wd stuff. So it is basically a mini dyno. Lol

25mph ? that terrible , not as terrible as showing this i got to 4 mins then turned off , your 10 years too late for an unboxing of this
I have the same and it's more from 2000 than 2008.
and.....
@@koncreteto2758 and that's all :)
