I found the transmission tends to need the pinions on the prop shaft need to be pushed in a little and/or trimmed down. If you don't do this, the prop shaft can bump the round protrusion on the other gears.
Drew Fox Yeah, I did tighten mine. My full FM-A racecar has a bit more work on it's transmission since I'm allowed to trim some gears. I had to trim the outer edges of the crown gears and lock them in place with a glued pinion on the motor side. I think the spur gear needs to be trimmed at the hub side that side closer to the chassis outer wall. Looks like the teeth tend to grind close to that divider on the counter gear.
WOW, i learn a lot, but looking at the amount of custom parts needed, i cant say this is BASIC build since there some special tool you are using like the puller and the wheel holder for drilling. Question: 1. Does this apply to any model with FM-A chassis? Thanks
Yo Zen whats up? Anyway im a newbie from Philippines I am wondering if you have any latest video build for bmax category? Im planning to build one too but I hope to get any insights or guides for building FMA chassis BMAX category
Hey Jan! sorry me again LOL I just wanted to ask whats the purpose of having pierced wheels? more power man! I hope you consider doing advanced builds in the future!
nerbs Pierced wheels actually help minimize the chance that the wheels would sliding off of the shaft. It also makes it easier to adjust for transmission purposes.
Marence Pedrozo You'll have to do your own testing. This was designed for the Gun Bluster. The shape of the body is different compared to the Brocken G. Do you own configuration if you want.
A vast majority of people who watch UA-cam videos Do Not read the description even if you say in the video to do so. If I do not put the parts in the beginning of the video itself, people will ask me for the part numbers because they are lazy to look for themselves. That defeats the purpose of making the video from my point of view, which is to enable the viewers to be more independent. To minimize the amount of questions I get in a daily basis.

Not every body will allow the same setup. You'll either have to cut the body to make the setup fit or change the configuration of parts.

Where do you soak your rollers? 🙂 nice vid btw 🙏🙌
In the tiny jar.
@@Z3NBluster i meant, what liquid do you use? WD40?
@@kevinroi Ronsonol

Thanks for the build guide. More videos please..... Any advance builds for FM-A?
Not yet.
After you wash your wheel bearing with lighter fluid, do you lube them up again?
Nope
the multi roller setting stay needs to be specific? or i can substitute 95104 with 15394?
Sure, but that is heavier and is more likely to snap.
Thanks so now I have a plan for my own gunbluster
@Della Konicek ???
Can you Build for Night Hunter, FM-A
Speedtech please
Do you recommend polycarbonate bodyshells over regular plastic bodyshells for professional racing?
For sure. I didn't use the Rowdy Bull Polycarbonate on this build is because I think its an ugly design. LOL.
Which one is faster. 4wd configuration or 2wd config? Based on your xp. Tnx
2wd. Based on Tamiya Mini4WD official rules you are not allowed to run your Tamiya Mini 4WD in 2WD configuration.
@@Z3NBluster oh i see. Thanks man!
Looking forward for the Brocken Gigant set up..😁😁
Cool.
Are you pilipino?do you have facebook page so that i can follow and get update..😁😁
Yehey! More builds more power sir

Legend! thanks man!
Hi zen, can I use other stabilizers for the front rollers?
Do what you want. This is just a guide. Just make sure you use Original Tamiya parts.
Can I ask what kind of motor are you using on that kind of set up?
Torque Tuned 2. This car is designed for Tuned Class which has a motor limit of Torque Tuned, Rev Tuned, and Atomic Tuned variants Only.
what motor is suitable for this kind of set up?
This a Tuned Class car. Design for Rev Tuned, Atomic Tuned, and Torque Tuned motors.
What do you call the tool you used to align the wheel shaft? Thanks
I honestly don't know what its technical name is. Its a shaft installer. ask DXN Provisions, they still have some in stock.
is this build also applicable to gun bluster super fm?
No.
hope you can create a content for simple super fm build lol, anyway thanks! :)
+Patrick Martin I did already, look in my channel. Go back and watch a couple of my first 5 videos. I have some Super FM builds.
Me too. it also my favor car.
Can this build be done on brocken gigant?
Yes, you may need to cut some parts from the Brocken G body to make dampers fit.
@@Z3NBluster what if i use different dampers? Is that possible?

what kind of liquid are you using in soaking those AO-1011 and rollers? TIA
Lighter Fluid
Thanks mate.
15:21 is it 2.1mm driller? Did I hear it right? BTW I'd decided that I'm gonna try this build in my Gun Bluster XTO Premium also.
I have the same question also. And do you use oil after for the AO-1011?
durasinya terlalu panjang.. part item cantumkan di desktipsi video saja bro,,
dhamar ceplhex I don't understand what you just said bro
Put parts only in the description because the video is too long. I think he said.

Why do you keep grunting lol
LuisDR Cubes I have weakened lungs because of a sickness I got when I got as a child. Me grunting or clearing my throat is a part of that.
Is it legal to use carbon crown gears in basic tuned?
