Omg I needed this video! Thank you. I just bought a big Parlor Palm and it has not been happy in my house so far. Many leaves are turning brown and crispy. But it does not get any sunshine. It is I guess from too much dryness? 😢 I’m hoping to fix it and make it happy again.

Hi. I have a parlor palm which is 40yrs old and its stalk is very thin. I need some advice how i can make the stalk thicker and more plants growing. Thanks.
I have never grown a parlor palm, but palms often thicken their trunks by exposing them to sunlight. It becomes soft in the shade. I think it's important to grow it in strong summer sunlight. The leaves will be burnt once, but the next leaves that will emerge will be more resistant to sunlight. It's not 100%, but I hope it's successful.
