Easy 3 Ingredients Moist Soft and Fluffy Almond Cake

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup (190g) sugar
1 1/3 cup (250g) almond flour
1tsp almond extract (optional)
you can add orange or lemon zest for extra flavor😉

I made it! I used 1 cup of almonds and a 1/3 of regular flour and added vanilla extract and lemon zest. It was perfect! And so easy! Thank you.

I really appreciate your recipe... No all purpose flour, no butter, no oil, no baking powder, no baking soda but cake came out yummy and soft texture

As a former bakery owner, SALT should be added to counteract Sweet and you do NOT need that much sugar. Almond flour by the way is terrific.

I just made this cake with lemon zest, ginger, nutmeg and replaced cane sugar with coconut sugar. Moist and delicious! I love easy recipes like this. Thank you!!

bake HOW LONG at WHAT temp???? ohhhhh, in vid... at 350 Deg F for 35 - 40 mins! i added zest from 1/2 orange & chopped (small) the pith & added that (it's very nutritious), also. i wish i had added 2 tsp baking powder!

Going to try this with maybe an allulose/monkfruit blend. I've heard that baking with allulose makes things brown darker though so I'll have to keep that in mind.

I decided to make it with regular cake flour and almond extract as opposed to almond flour. It came out beautiful but also quite hard.
