    Creating a workout plan is what I’m still struggling with. I feel like I forget what exercises I know lol, then I have to search them on my phone n this wastes my time at the gym.
    I agree with wearing gear that’ll motivate u. Poshmark is a good place to get affordable brand name activewear 👍🏽

    I was confused as to why you're so familiar. I realized I've seen you on Tiktok! I didn't know you did long form content.
    I'm currently doing 75 soft. 75 hard is...problematic to say the least.
