OMG Paul! The screw drivers are very cool, BUT... that was INSANE! You are INSANE! I think this is the most step/process intensive project you've done (I'm probably wrong, you've done so many crazy step/process intensive projects). I'll never view the lathe the same after this (tapping machine and a horizontal arbor press!). Great job!

Just getting the idea of making 100 screwdrivers from palletwood - that's pure brain capacity. It would be really great to get my hands on one of those, perhaps I need some new ear protection in my shop...

Love the video Very impressed with the screwdrivers and am blown away by the tedium of doing so many of the same project. The ISO tunes wireless hearing protectors however, are a bust. As 'ear buds' they're great! As hearing protectors - not so hot. Using them simply as ear buds they work great because you can adjust the size of the foam inserts that actually go into your ears. To gain the hearing protection, you have to use foam inserts that are so large they are very difficult to get into your ears and then they fall out pretty easily. Again, love the video.
