Everyone is gangsta until the guy in the wheelchair stands up.
Oh man...I needed that laugh😂👌
Everybody gangster till the disabled kid says: Stem you can take over
That actually applies to a LOT of movies with a wheelchair-bound character.
*Bloodborne flashbacks*
@@Zeddyboi86 Exactly.
I swear this movie was one of those hits that people slept on, seriously, this deserved way more viewers than it actually got
saw it opening weekend! loved this movie, bout to watch it now again for the second time. lol
Sherwin Aguilar yass 😍😛😝😜
People too busy watching Marvel and Fast and Furious garbage
Can't believe how little attention this got. Absolutely disgraceful!!!
Fax
The mechanical noise STEM makes when he takes over is so badass.
3:03 for those that wish to revisit
Reminds me of syndicate
Fr, it like terminator mode activated
Mana Burke I know right.
__yooooum_
Seriously. This is some of the best acting we've ever seen. His movement when paralyzed, when moving normally, and when under STEM's controll is all so amazing.
Imagine bullying the wheel chair kid and he suddenly sais "Stem, you can take over" and stands up
jesus
LOL!! Yup. Everyone gangsta until he gets up and beats the crap out of Everyone
Imagine being so much of a scumbag that you bully a kid in a wheelchair. If I overheard that they wouldn’t need STEM to take over 😒.
Upgrayedd
"HI"
I'm just joining everyone else in saying that this was an awesome and hugely underwatched film, completely worth your time and money.
yeah out of all the people who saw it, I haven't heard one person say that they don't like this movie.
@@eliasndeleon only Stems do that
The fact that this was only made for $3 million blows my mind.
Seem like this movie didnt have enough marketing
5 million but that still insanely low considering roughly 10 million is what most people consider the budget needed to create a great movie but this is evidence that you only need half the budget or even less if you know what you're doing
It had no big budget scenes... great movie but can tell why it was cheap to make.
It's Blumhouse. What do you expect?
Jeez, really? That's insane budgeting skills.
How the hell did I completely miss this movie? Looks like fun.
It is lots of fun
highly recommended!
Man, it's great, I watched it today.
It was really good except for a totally crap ending.
Uriah Light what? The ending was awesome
I like the way the upgrade says .....' Dont get over confident'😂
To be fair, the guy teasing Grey was getting overconfident too.
Doesn't feel good feeling outclassed, after all.
“We have GOT to find you an open mic somewhere!” The modest look and shrug on Grey’s face kills me. Hahaha
This was probably the best sleeper movie I saw when I went to the theater in desperate search of a random film to watch and then randomly chose this one.
The pitch must've been something like "It's Robocop meets Venom!"
Like that combination it's badass !
Lol Venoms pitch was “It’s Upgrade but we can call it a superhero movie!”
This came out before Venom, didn't it?
Also it's way better.
@@calebbeaudoin8726 yes this came out before them.
@@calebbeaudoin8726 The idea of venom came out in the eighties.
This was actually a pretty good movie, I liked the concept.
Understatement
It was pretty trippy great twist

@@mrbrowz1000101 ok?
MR1000101 lol
Watched it yesterday and it was one of the best cinematic experiences I ever had, it reminded me a lot of Drive and The Night Came For Us. And the ending... Man, the ending. The ending was brutal, very powerful.
I like how they didn't flinch and go for a Disney ending
Drive? What a trash comparison
Grey: "Stem, you can take over."
STEM: I'm 'bout to end this man's whole career.
I laughed uncontrollably.
This is such an amazing and grossly overlooked film. It absolutely blew me away when I watched it few months ago and I can't believed I'd had it laying around for an age without watching it.
This movie literally flew over people's heads and under Hollywood's radar, man life can be extremely unfair sometimes.
Good thing Mojo showed me this movie
"I just need to hear you say it" so badass
"Do not get overconfident." Does nobody realize this was direct emotion from the AI telling him not to act up?
Uhhh. It’s simple logic to understand how overconfidence can make someone weaker
@@ChronoMune uh wtf are you on about 1 year later lmao
i never understand ppl who point out years as if it matters. he has a point regardless. nobody has time to follow some random user on YT.@@MrZachary246
I like how Grey's not even looking at his attacker behind him and says, "Oh I didn't forget about you." Then smacks him ( LOL).
@Utrekz mate, chill out
Underrated movie, deserved much more success
One of my favorite things about this movie is the camera movements when STEM takes over. I think that’s so cool
This movie is a gem.
Music, story, acting !
Amazing
One of the best films I've seen in a long time
Very underrated movie! Lots of great action and a great plot!
When you’ve played the game 10 times over.
the man behind subtitles is a legend
3:12 FALCON SLAP
yeah, someone noticed them!
the subtitles lol 3:11 "FALCON SLAP"
“STEM you can take over.”
*bounces up*
“Hi.”
So glad I saw this 😁

Whoever directed this NEEDS to do a fighting movie
Leigh Whannell. Actor from SAW.
Mastered Ultra instinct
Well, artificially, but yes. Ultra Instinct.
0:32 That woman has an arc reactor
This movie did everything VENOM failed to do
THIS IS THE TRUE VERSION OF VENOM
I mildly liked Venom, but by just watching this scene I know this is the superior film.
This movie wasn't afraid to be R rated.
Venom was pretty good in my opinion.
Funny how this movie starring the guy people refer to as 'Budget Tom Hardy' is a better Venom film than the one starring Tom Hardy.
Most under rated movie of all time... 2020 desperately deserves a sequel
Don't worry because there will be a real-life sequel....
Tv series coming
@@starwarsroo2448 where did you see that man?
This movie always gets me so amped! I walk around pretending I’m controlled by stem the rest of the day 💪😎
I Am Merciless whatever you say weirdo.
I Am Merciless says the one trolling randoms on UA-cam... based on your username you must have a totally radical kill death ratio on Fortnite. You should go bother those people, you weirdo.
That sounds like so much fun lol.
This is a movie that actually made me excited to go to the movies for once
Cult classic in about 10 years.
I don't know. Doesn't a film have to be accurate to the time period it was made for that? Some bits are accurate others aren't at all
Garrus Vakarian not at all, cult classics are usually just hidden gems from some time ago. This is definitely a movie I would show to my kids when they get older.
@@tutu7564 You are a man with culture 👌🏻
This film was amazing. We'll never get a sequel to it.
Which is a good thing btw
In ten years your comment will be remembered.
This movie goes in the same category for me as Dredd from 2012. I loved both and both went largely under the radar.
3:20 It would have been funny if STEM intentionally lets Grey get hit, just for being too cocky
3:33 Man had Bluetooth, literally
Black dude make the funniest noises when he get hit lol

You can at least search his name
@@brugnonpatrimoine8713 LOL!!!
3 million budget for this? Honestly love this film
Stem, you can take over.
You’re right about Cerk. Somebody ventilated him the other day.
I already told you it was me.
Man, We have got to find you an open mic somewhere. 2:01
0:26 the captions are great for this
This movie reminds me of Venom. Protagonist looks like Tom Hardy and he somehow gets something that makes him a killing machine
Better version of Venom.
When you're roasting the kid on the wheelchair and suddenly he says "Stem you can take over."
Look back on this movie I like it a lot more than The Invisible Man, The Invisible Man felt way more conventional and mainstream than this movie which is exactly why this movie is so freaking good
What correlation does this have with the invisible man?
JustBramz Both Leigh Whannell movies, which is why I compared to the two abd preferred this one over Invisible Man
Ian Miller Oh that’s interesting, yeah they’re both brilliantly made but I agree that this floats the boat.
Same i liked the Invisible Man a lot but preferred this plot premise and action sequences over it
Love how STEM tells him to not get overconfident 😂
who the hell did the subtitles?!?! thank you.
Noah Barnes me. I also did the subtitles for the kitchen fight.
Falcon slap!
lol
Zi Wang fatality
Ur awesome
Look like 50 cent on the thumbnail 😂
🤣😂 your kinda right !
kinda creep🤣
When you do all the side quests before the main.
LoL The black guy eyes flickered red when Gray slams his head into the wall.

Julia St but the joke doesn’t really make sense sooo
@@Ant-pz5vd Must have been a personal joke I suppose..
This seems like a personal thing.
This scene in a nutshell: *The guy on the wheel chair stood up*
When he got up and said "hi" i srsly thought he was gonna say "Hi, welcome to chilis!"
"Stem you can take over"
Stem: wait what?..sorry I wasn't paying attention
I love how when Gray is in control, the camera seems more handheld, shakier. But when STEM takes over, it’s more steady and robotic.
3:02 "Stem, you can take over."
"HI!"
That execution by electrocution tho 😂
That scream when he got shocked though, lol
Everybody gangsta until Grey says "STEM, you can take over.'
‘I don’t have to go to the bathroom’ lol!
That movie is a gem ! Best surprise of 2018 to me. All along I thought it was staring Tom Hardy lol
WE NEED PART 2!!!!
True
It’s standard now how cult classics fall under the radar initially.
Uh, thats why its called a cult classic bro.
Almost like that is the definition
Why didn't I hear this come out?! This looks awesome!
This is what the Venom movies should have been like.
I’m glad I was at least almost just barely able to see anything going on at all with the perfect lighting
You know, maybe if Greg had been more like Eddie, and gave his bro a little credit by saying "We" instead of "I" and philosophizing on the importance of friendship, things would have turned out differently for him.
Underrated comment
Stem either way wouldn't care since he's a robot while venom is organic.
Stem planned all of this.
While venom got stuck in Eddie and started to bond with him. he didn't plan the spaceship crashing he ended up there.
Logan is such an underrated actor. Hope to see him in more stuff.
Does anyone think this was a better Venom movie than Venom?
*FALCON SLAP*
I was so excited about the potential of this movie from the first preview.
This is more John Wick than John Wick.
I love how the thumbnail makes the black guy look like an animitron from Friday at Freddie's
Venom WISHES, their movie was as inventive and awesome as this!
One of my favourite movies.
I love that his just like, "Hi!".
Criminally underrated film
3:17 Bro that was so CLEAN
Reminds me of that scene from a particular Scooby Doo movie where Shaggy goes ultra instinct to all those motorcycle gang. It's the bar thing that get me...
I watched it at home. Excellent work with audio. DS works badass when main character and Stem are talking with each other.
THIS MOVIE IS SO UNDERRATED WHY ISN'T IT IN THEATERS YET
it already was, in 2018 LMAO
Loved this movie. Don’t even know why I’m watching clips again
Is it just me, or is the camera Shake when he backhands him absolutely visceral
The face when the captions were on and he said hi was cool
These captions have me dead lol
This movie is like the perfected version of venom
fight scenes were on another level
It was a great movie. Very underrated.
Okay so he's either gotta be the next Cyclops or Green Lantern!
Went to the theater one day and decided to go for a random movie without looking it up and it turned out to be this one. Best random decision I made....
Dude, the sound when he slaps the guy... 😩😩😩
The captions are excellent ya know
such a great movie and concept.
This movie was incredible!!!
