    -- Sunday brunch Wholewheat Puri with aloo ke Bhujia (Tarkari) and Suji ka Halwa:
    -Aloo ki Bhujia (Tarkari)
    •Aloo 1kg
    •Salt 1tsp to taste
    •Turmeric power 1/2 tsp
    •Red chilli powder OR to taste
    •Coriander powder 1tsp
    •Cumin powder 1tsp
    •Tamarind pulp (Imli) 1-2 tbsp
    •Water 2 cup
    -For tarka:
    •Oil 2tbsp
    •Mustard seeds (rai dana)1/2tsp
    •Fenugreek seeds (methi dana)1/4tsp
    •Nigella seeds (kalonji) 1/4tsp
    •Cumin seeds (zeera)1/2tsp
    •Curry leaves 8 to10
    •Whole red chilies 3 to 4 OR to taste
    •Chopped ginger 1tbsp
    -Suji ka halwa:
    •Semolina (suji) 1 cup
    •Ghee 1/2 cup
    •Sugar 3/4 cup
    •Green cardamom 4 to 6
    •Hot water 3 &1/2 cup
    •Raisins 2 tbsp OR to taste
    •Chopped almonds 2tbsp OR to taste
    -For puri:
    •Whole wheat flour (aaata) 2 cups
    •All purpose flour (maida) 2 cups
    •Semolina (suji) 2tbsp soak in1/4 cup water
    •Salt 2tsp
    •Oil 2tbsp
    •Water as required
    -For deep frying:
    •Oil as required
