    -For Khari/ Karhi:
    Ingredients:
    •Oil 2tbsp
    •Ginger paste 1tbsp
    •Garlic paste 1tbsp
    •Black pepper 1/2tsp
    •Clove 1/2tsp
    •Turmeric powder 1tsp
    •Red chilli powder 1tsp or to taste
    •Gram flour (basan) 2 cups and 2tbsp
    •Yogurt 1kg
    •Salt 2tsp or to taste
    •Coriander powder 1&1/2 tbsp
    •Cumin powder 1tbsp
    •Water 2 liters (as required)
    -For pokara mixture:
    •Gram flour (basan) 2cups or as required
    •Chopped onions 1big size
    •Chopped green coriander 2tbsp
    •Chopped green chilli to taste
    •Cumin powder 1tsp
    •Cumin seed 1tsp
    •Coriander powder 1tsp
    •Baking soda 1/2tsp
    Oil for frying
    •Dry meethi 1tbsp
    •Chopped Coriander 2tbsp
    -For Tarka:
    •Chopped ginger 1tbsp
    •Red round pepper to taste
    •Green chilli to taste
    •Cumin seed 1tsp
