Welcome to this gentle yoga flow for fatigue, tiredness and sore muscles.
We all have days, weeks, or even months of feeling not quite ourselves. Even the strongest have their moments of fatigue. And that feeling can be so hard to shift. I've created a class to help you with just that - self-love - the hardest yet most important love of them all. And it'll help ease tiredness and fatigue through gentle yoga stretches, yoga exercises, and pranayama (breath) techniques to get the blood flowing in a soothing way and to help reduce internal anxiety and stress.
Return to this vinyasa flow whenever you feel you're in need of a mental and physical break - perhaps even save it to a UA-cam playlist for easy access.
Remember friends, your body and your mental health come first! Enjoy this class without guilt that you should be doing more - take time to really unwind in the final pose of savasana. Don't skip it no matter how tempting, your heart and soul will thank you for it.

after experiencing the most extreme pain I've ever felt in my life from severe menstrual cramps, a long trip to the er, having not eaten for three days, I had never been so thoroughly wiped out and exhausted.. i could barely walk, with my partner caring for me. which brought up an immense amount of anxiety and emotions. i managed to do most of this yesterday, though it was hard, and ended up crying laying down at the end. i finally felt like i could truly surrender to resting and did some guided meditations after. i just want to thank you. i deeply appreciate your soothing gentle voice and energy, your use of language and validation, and everything about how you guide through all the breath, movements, feelings. i've never felt so relaxed and at peace doing yoga before. today, i just did another gentle one and then to my surprise felt up to more so immediately went through your 'quick energizing flow' video and i can't believe how much better i feel, body mind and spirit. this has brought a golden light into recouperating. feels serendipitous to have found you on here, making these practices part of my daily rituals. truuuuly endless thanks and warm energy to you
Have you ever thought of endometriosis about your severe menstrual pain ? Just mentioning it as I’m suffering from it myself, but only you and a trustworthy doctor can know :) I wish you the best luck and happiness, bless 💝

I think it comes with time and practice but all bodies are different so perhaps it's not right for your body. You can always choose to sit in another position to help you feel good 🙏

Sorry you find me hard to understand. Unfortunately, that's as close as the camera can get in order for my whole body to be in frame. 🙏
this was wonderful but I had struggle doing some stretches:( and sometimes my body shakes while doing the exercises...this will diminish right? well, I hope so.
Thank you for your question, it depends why you're experiencing shaking. Sometime when our muscles are fatigued or dehydrated they can shake. It can also be due to pushing the body too far. Stay hydrated and don't push yourself to do each pose to it's fullest expression and see it that helps with the shaking. It should pass with time and practice as you get stronger but of course, speak to your doctor if you become concerned.

I also feel terrible, I have an uncontrollable yawning and pain all over my back, I feel so tired and feel like I have no energy at all. :(

Thank you for this beautiful practice! I found it on a day where everything seems to be falling apart. My ankle that I sprained a few months ago started hurting very intensely to the point of tears. I am completely wiped out from battling a bug that’s been going around and I’m emotional drained from a therapy session. This practice was so hard for me today. I usually do intense 45 minute workouts but I could barely keep myself up in downward dog today. Instead of beating myself up about it I am trying to flip the script and care for myself and be very gentle to myself. Thank you again for this practice I pray that you are doing well!

My husband & I got our 2nd COVID vaccine on Sunday, & spent most of the week exhausted... I couldn't bring myself to pull out my mat, & just did bed yoga on Mon. & Tues., but Wed. night, I made myself get on the mat! This class was PERFECTION! 💜💗💜

Wow browsing through all the comments seeing how you replied to every one of them makes me feel like you are a wonderful person. Thanks for doing this. I have been very tired and drained after my surgery, which leads to heart problem. At first I was worried if I could do this with my condition, turns out it’s perfect for me.
Just a question though, I feel pain in my chest and find it’s difficult to breathe when doing the puppy pose with my face coming near the ground, is it normal for beginners? Or Did I do it wrong?

Ah, yes puppy pose can be a very deep heart opener, you should never feel pain though, if it's mild discomfort that you're experiencing then it's just your body stretching where it's never been stretched before. If its pain then I'd recommend resting your head onto a yoga block or pillow to elevate your chest, lessening the depth of the pose. I hope that helps, if not don't hesitate to send me a pic on Instagram of your puppy pose and I'll get back to you on whether there's anything else I can recommend. 🙏
