Thank you Tom. You know that Gina takes a lot of pride in putting these together and feedback like yours just inspires her to keep trying to get better.
Thank you so much Max. Gina worked hard to put this video together and she had a vision of how it should be. She is normally spot on when she is in that mode.
@@GringosRUs I totally noticed. Her vision was a great one. It’s absolutely perfect. Video edit and graphic design is part of what I do for a living. The music, 🎵 you speaking and everything was at the perfect levels. Most of all, very interesting. I watched a really informative video the other day, but the guy had the background music level so loud that I could not hear him well at all, especially at the end of his talk.
Thanks Winston. She does love hearing how she is doing. She takes great pride in putting them together and apparently this one was really a homerun. And I agree, she did a bang up job!
I think this was one of the better videos you have done. It seemed very professional. Great job you two! I loved hearing the 12 apostles bell tower and the size of the Cristo-Wow! I had never known it was there. I have only passed through Tuxla on our way to San Cristóbal. I really like the authentic/local feel and loved the dancing with the marimbas. I hope you are staying in San Cristóbal, as I would love to see how you like it. It’s very special!
Thank you Cathy. We did love San Cristobal a lot. There were some negatives, but that is true of any place once you have lived there for a period of time. Chiapas was a very interesting place that was unlike any that we had experienced in Mexico so far. We will be discussing all things Chiapas on the live this Wednesday night now that we have quality internet again. We can hardly wait to chat with all of you again.
No problem Cindy. Thanks for the kind words. We will be outlining our time in Chiapas during the live this Wednesday night. Glad to have good internet again.
Excellent video!! I always love when you do these with a History lesson... The German Bells made me so happy and think of my trips to Germany when I still had family living there. Mexico has so much to offer and has so many places with those European influences. Muchas Gracias Amigos!!
So glad that you enjoyed it Diana. We are both fascinated by history, so naturally we think all of the rest of the world is too. LOL Knowing the context allows for us to better understand why some things are the way they are. I have a lot of German in my heritage, so I both enjoy their craftsmanship and love their food.
@@dianaj3139 I got it on both sides. We had the Hauptmans on one side and the Axels on the other. Every time I went there it seemed I gained ten pounds on the beer and the food. I used to go every two years for business and oh my! LOL
You’re videos are getting better and better! Such a pleasure to watch and share. A lot of hard work obviously goes into each production. I leave your channel on all night so you get more views on all your videos.
Thank you Mark. Gina is getting better with each video and she was very good to begin with. She now has a mental image of how she wants it and then magically makes it happen. She loves to hear how her work is being appreciated by all of you. Thanks for adding to the number of views as well.
Any chance Mark will also be making an appearance with purple hair ??? 😉😆🤠✌️ 😂 Cracked me up with the bursting into 🔥🔥🔥commentary. It always amazes me the amount of money/resources mankind has spent on religious structures throughout history. Even when most of the population lived in poverty . Thanks... Bring on San Cristobal !!!
The better question Tony is will Mark make an appearance with hair?!? LOL. It is quite interesting that for a group, all religions, that want to help the people, the get rich off of them. Very good point.
We really weren't sure what dance they were doing 😂 since we don't dance, but you'll hear marimba all over Chiapas and Oaxaca, so it has become a part of their identity. Thanks for watching.
Loved this!
Thank you Lisa. It truly was one Gina's best productions yet.
Bursting into flames. 🔥🔥🔥🤣🤣🤣
Yeah, it was getting pretty bad.
Great video Gina and Mark very informative almost like a documentary for PBS! The editing, music, and commentary well done .
Thank you Tom. You know that Gina takes a lot of pride in putting these together and feedback like yours just inspires her to keep trying to get better.
The church was so very beautiful, and the bell tower 🔔 with the 12 apostles. Just wow!! Thank you for sharing! Very well done.

Thank you so much. Gina had a vision for this one. I just agreed, because she is usually right about these things.
Mark, I never noticed that you have a great radio voice!!
Wow, thanks! And a face for radio as well. LOL
