I did this last night to our old washing machine that i bought mum well over ten year's ago the washing machine still worked but it would come up with an error etc sometimes, My brother got mum another washing machine from someone it was only about two year's old & he installed it yesterday while i was out with our dog's down the park, The plastic around the drum on our old washing machine was a lot heavier & thicker then the one in this video, I now have the washing machine drum in the garden ready to be used as an incinerator i just need to support it on some bricks.
Cheers brother. I stripped it down to the drum inside the plastic casing and wasn't sure of the best way to proceed, I think I'll bring it in the workshop and angle grind it all the way round.

Uh! You might be crazy! Jahahaahaa! Hillarious! I dont wanna be your neighbor or maybe i do!?!
My neighbor has one of these fire pits I always wondered why they had an washing machine drum.
They work great and if you have a dead lawnmower throw the drum on the base with the wheels and handle and boom you have a portable fire pit
You want a washing machine firepit.... hold my beer.
Why do ppl smash that bottom piece up? All you have to do is turn the belt wheel upside down and you have a stand
If the pulley is plastic, it'll melt. If it's aluminium, just reverse the pulley and as you say, there's a stand!
