I love all of your practices but this one is particularly magical. I just did it today for the first time and plan to do this regularly. As the lucky owner of a dowagers hump (kyphosis) I need all the help I can get spine wise. I’d love to see some more practices focusing on the spine…maybe even a series or challenge at some point 🤔😉! Something that i LOVE about you is that you explain the poses so clear that is very easy to get into them. Some teachers ive tried here on youtube take a really long time to explain a pose on one side that we spend wayyy more time on one side than the other. You take minimum time to explain but its so clear!! Ive only discovered you in may but ive already gotten to love your classes, the perfect amount of sweat and relaxation!
Again, I continue to love your practices. Not at all like most Western Yogi teachers with too much emphasis on forward folds. Yours are always well-rounded and varying. Thank you!

I was severely depressed I had low confidence I didn't even want to get up in the morning then one morning I was scrolling through motivational videos something to give me hope in myself then I saw your happy smiling face and I clicked on your energizing morning yoga routine and I'm so very happy I did your routine that morning I struggled but you keep me feeling motivated so I kept going I felt good afterwards and I kept doing it every day for a week then I started to venture into your other videos and I have been doing yoga with you every single day no other yogi makes me feel more calm and motivated to keep wanting to get better and better I have lost weight I'm happier not angry all the time I wake up early I'm eating so much more healthier thank you Kassandra for having a beautiful smile and glow about you and giving me that boost I needed again to believe in myself! 😊😊❤ Yoga is a way of life it's amazing and people like Kassandra make it so much more special

Great class! I feel it in my core both the strengthening and the opening. Good variations with some of the moves using the block, definitely challenging. The 30 minute length was perfect which allows me to do one of your meditation classes. I love that we chant OM at the end, it really does help to ground, calm, centre, connect to myself and Source and close/solidify the practice. Thank you for this class and all the classes. I've never felt so calm and collected after this yoga session. Tbh, this is one of the most shocking, eye-opening practice for me personally. I've done tons of yoga sessions from your videos sweetheart but this one, I don't know why but I bawled 10 minutes before doing savasana. It was a powerful emotional release that I have been keeping recently and now I already let go of it and I couldn't be any happier inside. Thank you so much I am so grateful to have met you as a yoga teacher and as a genuine, kind human being. xx

I broke my foot last week and am in a boot. Well.....now my gait is uneven, because I don't have shoes the same height as the boot. I must say, I have doing this practice regularly to keep my spine in alignment and prevent lower back pain. It is helping to keep me sane. Thank you.

I think this is my favorite of your classes that I've done! During quarantine, I haven't been able to go to the yoga studio, really don't leave my house much (doing online school), and have for sure been experiencing increased stress and anxiety (as I'm sure everyone has) during these crazy and sad times. Yoga has been a part of my life for years, it helps tremendously with my anxiety while also feeling amazing on my body. With not much else to do, I've been doing a lot of youtube yoga at home, but your's are by far my favorite. Your classes are so amazing, and the fact that I can do them at home for free is great. Loved this session! Went through challenges but also enough slower gentle moves that I wasn't wondering when it would be over cause I wasnt so exhausted during it. I do mostly 10 or 15 minutes so 30 minutes is hard sometimes. I made it through this one though! Went through basic moves I like to move through. Thank you kassandra!

I love your intermediate vinyasa flows! I would LOVE more 30-60 minute flows :)
Loved this session! Went through challenges but also enough slower gentle moves that I wasn't wondering when it would be over cause I wasnt so exhausted during it. I do mostly 10 or 15 minutes so 30 minutes is hard sometimes. I made it through this one though! Went through basic moves I like to move through. Thank you kassandra!
This is excellent class for someone like me who has a flexible lower back and finds their lower ribs popping out all the time. Going to do it regularly and try to improve core. Thank you.
