After all the bad news i wanted to find something positive before i went to sleep for the night. I found it in these stories. Thank you CBS and Steve Hartman.
The house painted re Van Gogb is absolutely beautiful - I'm so glad they stood firm ! And the clip of the lady, Shamayim Harris, who's renovated that block - she's as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside!
I've always loved Steve Hartman stories. I thought he did then only once in a while now, maybe not. I watch a different news station in my area; I wished all 3 major networks would show his stories. I happened upon this and so happy I did. Steve's stories tend to tear me up, but not with sadness. This is a WONDERFUL compilation; a Must Watch. I thought I'd watch a few and save the rest for later; I can't stop now lol. Keep it up Mr. Hartman, I don't think anyone who watches you want you to ever stop telling these heartwarming stories. These days everyone can use some heartwarming. Sending big Thank You's for sharing your work.
What an outstanding collection of stories from the great Steve Hartman! From the urban visionary in Michigan who will change the world, to the bus driver in Virginia that took a step up in the world of humanity, to the police officer in Arizona that shows what police officers oftentimes do without any recognition, to the motel owner in South Carolina who is the epitome of goodness (and who reminds me of what my parents would have done), and all the other stories that show the loving kindness in our great country. But the story that got to me the most were the EMT's in Sackets Harbor in New York. As a 68 year old EMT, I can't help but be so proud of those young men and women, who saw a problem and tackled that problem for the good of their community. What an outstanding group of young men and women! To all the people featured, and to Steve Hartman, thank you for what you do!
Thank you for sharing all the wonderful, tearjerking, heartwarming, belly laughing experience that takes me away from all the negativity for alittle while! What a way to go! Brings our country, world together while watching “On the Road”. Thanks Steve Hartman!
This is like a "book" of wonderful stories. They're a little bit like eating popcorn. You tell yourself just one more, but you watch to the end. Keep up this wonderful storytelling. I LOVE IT.
This is truly one of the best segments done on all of television! Steve Hartman tells these stories so well. Please don’t ever stop sharing GOOD news with us CBS! 😍
Lordy.. you've made me cry on the fourth of July.. you've made me proud with Americans so loud.. you've made me see what America can be..with you finding and showing the goodness that still resides in our world today..thank you❤
Hi Steve, I got up this morning looking for something to watch have been battling with depression for years now and it doesn't help when the news is so dark!! I really needed to be reminded that there's still some good out there. I been binge watching you all day, Thank you
I’m a binge watcher too, I’ve been recovering from a severe stroke for 2 years and these stories have helped me as has my circle of family and friends cheers to a better world 🎉
Wounded Warriors!!! We proudly support this wonderful organization! So happy to see where our support goes. Beyond words to say. Thanks, Steve, you made our day! Love you!❤❤❤
Omg Strongsville Ohio is my hometown. I knew that one was gonna get me. With those roses 🌹 when she met him in her uniform I grabbed my chest bc I almost had a heart attack myself. ❤🥹 TY Steve Hartman 🙏🏽
God Bless our greatest generation, they are still inspiring us!! Selfless, hard working, determined, and tough as nails. Because of them, we enjoy the greatest quality of life in the world.
as a brazilian born who lives in USA,NYC since 85 when i arrive here at 20 years old,i learn to love and appreciate America,God bless this country! the best in the hole world!👏👏👏!
Steve, I worked as the director of a nursing home. Our local elementary school made cards for out residents for holidays. All were heartfelt; including one addressed to "Dear Anonymous Person"...everyone got a good laugh!
I remembering loving playing with my toy soldiers as a little girl, and I also wondered why there weren't any women ones! So glad this little girl is getting her wish. :)
God Bless you Susan for making this man's (sailor) dream come true. Wants to be buried in uniform when one day meeting his fellow sailors who have gone before him. He is a proud sailor. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY. THANK YOU!
I haven't cried with joy in a long time. Every story so heartwarming. I've gone thru a bunch of Kleenex, with a great big smile. Thanks for the uplifting stories😊😊
Steve Hartman Thank you so much for such uplifting stories. You warm so many many hearts especially this 82 yr. old mom and grammie. With all the dark news out there you bring out the LIGHT! God Bless you and your family.
Daily observation of discord, unwanted hate,& debates of who's right/wrong, brings thoughts of negativity. Of hopelessness, not exclusive to immediate generations, but decades of future to come. Watching these loving moments people do for another, fills my heart and emotional aspirations with positivity we can make it through. There ARE &will continue to be those who are compassionate. Personally I wish I could thank them all for their loving kindness. Share a smile, a helping hand. It takes a moment to alter a negativity, to positivity
That brought a tear to my eye it really did that was so touching people after actually care for our veterans always a lot of people could see this to see the sacrifices but our veterans go through and it's just I don't know what to say people so judgmental nowadays it seems like a lot of people don't even care anymore but don't give up the veterans gave our freedom and they thought died for our freedom and he can't beat better people than a step family there and all these people talk about prejudice now they need to see this and all this Prejudice will stop
GregForeman, Excellent Show! You are one AMAZING young man, that your parents must be so proud of. Your commentary is so clear, concise, and spot on. Facts are clearly Suuny Hostin’s problem, as she thinks she’s always right, is she’s rarely right. I am so impressed with you Greg. The fact that you are willing to listen to others’ views, possibly learn something new, but still stay who you are, is a rarity these days. Seems when someone sees another’s view, somewhat agrees, then they have to switch their beliefs. That, in my opinion, is wrong. Stay who you are. I love that Coleman wasn’t moved by the view’s rhetoric. You and he are excellent examples of the type of men, other young men, can look up to. For what it’s worth, I admire your parents and the way they raised you. You are a strong, intelligent, Faithful leader. I am so grateful for you Greg and I try to introduce you to those I know. Thankful and may God Bless and keep you well Always.
Finn is a sweet baby and the gentleman who made him his perch is a Godsend and a blessing. If you are watching sir, as a Navy veteran, I salute you and thank you. “God bless America.”
