    I just love all of your videos. I started knitting a year ago using your UA-cam videos. They are the only ones I can follow along too! thank you!

    For those wondering why you don't have ribs as you go it's cos this stitch is a back loop double crochet (bldc) which is what causes the little horizontal ride you're seeing. If you went through the two loops it will look very different 😊

      @susieinthecountry4434 6 років тому +1

      yes i agree. i normally crochet through both loops but I like this way too as it showcases the yarn nicely. it would look totally different with a variegated yarn.

    After watching this video, I know how to join in the round. I've never been able to find the stitch to slip stitch in and the projects look so unflattering. tfs.

    Do you have any other crochet videos for beginners? I've never crocheted before. Thank you.

    • @Tuteate
      @Tuteate  8 років тому

      +Lori Crafter hi! You mean videos teaching "how to chain" or "how to work a double crochet"? Sorry, we don't have this type of videos at the moment... But this tutorial (and also this one: ua-cam.com/video/cChyN-juJ5E/v-deo.html) is for beginners. We maybe don't give many written directions but I think this can be done without any crochet background... this could be your first crochet project :)

      +Tuteate yes! That's exactly what I mean. Your videos are so easy to follow. I've made so many things from your channel. I bet you would be great at it. Thank you!

    Thank you for the tutorial I just finished crocheting 2 cowls but I was wondering...which side is the front? I flipped mine over coz it looks more natural that way =/

      I meant...which side is the outside of the cowl?

    A little confusing when you say every “next” stitch...
    Does that mean ever *other* stitch? (as in skip a stitch?!)
    Or every in *every* stitch?
