Thank you, Lidia! I have a fresh zucchini straight from the neighborhood farms where i live. It apparently fell off of one of the tractors, and i picked it up from the roadside. The anchovy and caper recipe looks so delicious. Im going to have it for dinner tonight. Thank you for the idea!

Lidia, thank you for showing us 3 ways to make zucchini! In fact, I just sautéed a batch with summer squash, onion, garlic and wine with seasoning of course and will have them with grilled split chicken!! I love your recipes!! ❤️
