  • The secret to a mouthwatering Risotto Mare e Monti
    Welcome to a culinary journey where the sea meets the mountains in a dish that's as rich in flavor as it is in tradition. Today, I'm thrilled to share with you my take on the classic Italian Risotto Mare e Monti, a perfect blend of earthy and maritime flavors.
    Ingredients:
    Gamberoni (large prawns)
    Porcini mushrooms
    Prezzemolo (parsley)
    Aglio (garlic)
    Chilli
    Bujon (broth)
    Riso Carnaroli
    Burro (butter)
    Olio (olive oil)
    Prosecco
    Sale (salt)
    Pepe (pepper)
    We'll be using succulent Gamberoni, a highlight of the sea, and aromatic Porcini mushrooms, the treasures of the forest. Our risotto will be infused with the fresh, herbal notes of Prezzemolo, the pungent kick of Aglio, and a hint of Chilli for that extra warmth. The foundation of our dish is the Riso Carnaroli, known as the 'king of rice', ensuring a creamy and al dente texture.
    To enrich our risotto, we'll be adding a touch of Bujon, a swirl of Burro, and a drizzle of Olio. The Prosecco will lend a unique, slightly fruity undertone, while Sale and Pepe will be our simple seasonings to enhance the natural flavors.
