i bought your (6 hrs Realtime female human making) i was kinda shocked it came with zero voice or sound it was silent thru the whole journey , i thought it has like a commentary or a tutorial explaining what to do like your short video on youtube .. now i know the difference between a tutorial & the Realtime making process , anyway it was a good experience for me so im not complaining , im just pointing my experience to those whos confused between the 2 concepts like i was , over all great work and im really happy and proud of you and your work , thanx for the effort bro ..
as a beginner i highly neglected the importance of good eyebrows and eyelashes, and how boy, this is bringing so much life & strenght to a character, with this tutorial i could set up in a sec something that motivated me to take the time to actually go for particle hair to do them in order to have full control of the shape and diameter, thnx a lot, this was really some helpfull tricks there
I wish I'd found this a few weeks ago before I finally figured out stylized eyebrows, but the last method for the more realistic textures is super helpful!
@mhmoudoth6305 I think they may have been talking about the snap options, which are the only things that seem to be different, unless I'm missing something (I'm learning myself). But the snap options for 4.0 that seem to be working for me are: Turning on Face Project (in snap target for individual elements Align rotation to target Backface culling I think that it's working the same as in the video.
Daah bro nice tut I don't know how much I can do to thank you few years ago I was finding a way that I can reduce my render time and still I can have eye brows and eye lashes without adding hair particles on my models but finally I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL I FOUND THIS VIDEO I dont know how much to thanks you THANKS FOR YOUR LIT TUT bro thannnnnnnnx🔥💯✔️
I liked your work You are so good and professional worker but I’m just 1 year in this field I wish 1 day I’m working professional like. You❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi, this is a marvellous tutorial on Eyelashes Modelling/Shading methods in Blender. But for me it's a bit frustrating because of the Rigging stage. Eyelids+Eyelashes Rigging is one of the most radical challenges in Organic Rigging I believe. I myself came up with a custom solution for Stylized Eyelashes Rig (I've made a crazy tutorial -still not 100% uploaded- about it on my channel), however the strategy I've employed was having the Face Mesh and Eyelash Mesh Connected (making part of the same Mesh Object, because then Weight Painting, and also "Gluing" both Meshes, becomes incredibly more convenient in my opinion). Thus, ¿would you have any fundamental idea or solution for Eyelashes Rigging, but starting from the condition of Modelled Eyelashes you present in your tutorial (where the Eyelashes are in a different Mesh Object than the Face Mesh?). I think that could be a incredible complementation if it was ever possible, because there are so still so few Eyelashes Rigging tutorials out there. ¡Thank you!
With the hair curves in Blender 3.5, why not just add the eyebrow and eyelash hair straight to the mesh rather than create a separate mesh for each eyebrow? I pulled up Blender's Einar and those are attached directly to the head mesh. Does it have to do something with rigging (which I have not got to yet)? Thanks.
You have made awesome videos on hair but i have never found a solution to adding the eyebrows and lashes to a riggify rig ...please if you have solutions reply
I followed the steps until displacement, then i klicked something and changed view. Since then I am not able to see the brows anymore. Do I have to activate them somehow? Any ideas?
Hmm. I’m a beginner but I think you need to change your render settings to use the displacement node. It only works in the cycles mode and you might need to switch “feature set” to experimental. This is why the displacement doesn’t work when you switch views because it needs to be adaptive? Or maybe bump would be better for your computer? Hope this helps but maybe someone else might have another solution. Good luck!❤
I had the same issue. Make sure the ALPHA of the eyebrow png you downloaded is connected to the FACTOR of the mix shader. My mistake was connecting the COLOR to the FACTOR in the mix shader instead. Hope it helps
I can't reflect with the mirror on the correct axes, the second eyebrow gets crooked from where it should be and I can't resolve. Maybe it depends on my mesh being posed and therefore not aligned with the axes?
It seems you were using an older version of blender during the recording of this tutorial, and now the material blend mode has moved to somewhere else. Can you tell us where it moved to?
sooo... this is super awesome and worked beautifully, but.... anyone want to be a saint and help a noob like me understand how to attach these for animation? [I tried joining them to the body, but they go invisible when I do and I can't figure out how to reverse that =p ]
so I made the eyebrows and rigged my model. Made sure the vertex groups are correct and the weight painting, but... the eyelashes detach from the model while posing. Or at least only the top hal of the eyelashes do. No clue what the hell is happening. I'm new to Blender so I've been tearing my hair over this for the past couple of days.
I fell like it is. I will recommend you to first model characters and learn that part, and later come to this. After all, by that point, you will be largely familiarized with blender
The 'Blend Mode' was replaced with a more simple 'Render Method'. You now have only 'Dithered' and 'Blended' options.

Can I just say that I REALLY appreciate you putting the hotkeys on screen for everything you're doing, it makes it insanely easy to follow.
you're welcome :) It's an extra step for editing but definetly worth it cause these things can get overwhelming very fast

Great info, man! I always learn something new when one of your videos pops up in my feed. Thanks!
I came for eyebrows, n you gave me full package 😢 😮
I wish I'd found this a few weeks ago before I finally figured out stylized eyebrows, but the last method for the more realistic textures is super helpful!
came here for eyebrows but found another useful thing that i was searching , cheers mate
Great video for stylized brows! Also love how you introduced 3 tactics for modeling!
Thank you, I'm just starting character modeling, and this tutorial helped me a lot :)
You can use Shift + E (then drag or input a number) instead of adding loop cuts on subdivision to sharpen some edges.
pixelica rare facecam. love to see it
May I suggest an updated video? for blender 4.0 please?
I found out how to do it in 4.0 if you still need help
I really need help could you tell me please
@@jimboswackyantics5545 yea that be great.

Excellent tutorial 🙌🏻 the results were even more effective than I expected
I was actually searching on the net for it, your video is excellent. Thank you. Keep it up, they are helpful. I am looking forward to it :D
You have some great content and explain things in such a simple way, I hope your channel continues to grow!
Thanks :)
Awesome and very very helpful 🔥🔥
You are the king
Excellent video ...
i like the way you deliver your tutorials you make it easy to understand
Thank you for explaining the process so well.
I love your channel! Thanks u, is simple, faster and great!
You're my bias in blender wkwkwk
Nice! This is super helpful
You are the best!
Thnk s man that s helpful
Will there be a 4.0 version i do this method on 4 and nothing happens
You're most coolest and cutest youtuber , thank you so much , lots of love for you cutie 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Thanks nikki, glad u enjoy it :)
Is not necessary the transparent shader and mix node. you can connect the alpha of the image to the BSDF alpha
lol i donno why i forgot about that thanks :D
thanks for the transparent displacement technique really helpful , can we do that to hair also ??
Yeah i'm sure it would come in handy with the hair cards, i definetly do a video about the hair with this method in the future :)
@@PixelicaCG thanks dude. You cant even imagine there is absolutley no videos(or they way too scuffed) on YT about hair cards. waiting it
Awesome 👍

thanks for your tutorials are great
Thank you so much!!!!!!
God i was about to use particles but this is so much more performant
0:54 for some reason I don't have all 3 options just Align Rotation to Target and Backface Culling Im on 4.0 so im not sure if its an update thing
did you ever figure this out

How could I put this feature into another rendering environment, such as unreal, unity and webgl, any solution possible, please?

video quality just 720,..
i barely can see node texturing for eyelashesm eyebrows.
anyway It's really helpfull
I can't reflect with the mirror on the correct axes, the second eyebrow gets crooked from where it should be and I can't resolve. Maybe it depends on my mesh being posed and therefore not aligned with the axes?
Use the eyedropper tool on the Mirror modifier and click on the object you want to mirror.
how to save in daz?
no matter what I do, I can't get the eyebrow to snap to the face? I've followed the tutorial exactly and still cannot figure it out
can you make a tutorial on how to create hair cards?
I definetly keep that in mind for the future videos :)

Yes it's an old video, The 'Blend Mode' was replaced with a more simple 'Render Method'. You now have only 'Dithered' and 'Blended' options.
@@PixelicaCG Gotcha. Do you know if there is a performance trade-off when using Blended, and is it significant?
Sir, your gumroad page is not allowing to pay through PayPal for purchase
For some reason when I am trying to push the eyelashes out, it will not protrude. Anyone know what to do?

I couldnt get the plane to flip right or place it in front by the eye, it goes to the back of the head
rotate from individual origin
displacement makes the whole thing disappear in cycles. #help
Now i have no excuse to say my laptop lags when i groom hair
After i started making eyelashes, poly build just stopped working

Make sure your particle system is below armature in the modifier stack.
for it to work "properly" you have to go to "properties" 🤣😂
this is not beginner friendly at all :/
I fell like it is. I will recommend you to first model characters and learn that part, and later come to this. After all, by that point, you will be largely familiarized with blender
Idk whyyyy it's going at the back of the head again and again 😔
The eyeborws
Oh I got it finally I had to switch off the backface culling
