This is my first time seeing this show and I was surprised that they did not use serial arcs in this as many dramas do. The drinking problem could have lasted the entire first season. We see her husband's unemployment carried over.
I got real confused when I learned that Martha Quinn married Bobby for real... (I actually thought she married Mike Lookinland, also and not just on the show.) I wish I had taken the opportunity to meet Mike Lookinland and Susan Olsen at the Fan X event 2022 in Salt Lake City. But I went primarily, to meet and buy autographs, etcetera from some of the "Cobra Kai" cast members (which I did) But I ran out of cash and could not afford to get autographs from Mike and Susan. My only possible chance to meet my favorite Brady Bunch actors and I blew it! 😒😟
This is a sequel to the time Mike was dealing with a fussy old business client, that Cindy thinks is a talent scout looking for a new Shirley Temple. When she does her Shirley Temple act, the client loosens and cheers up and buys Mike's third revision without even looking. Now Mike is dealing with some difficult clients from Australia. When the grandchild mishears Australia as Austria, and the daughters prepare an Austrian themed party, the Australian clients are very happy not to be stereotyped as Paul Hogan types.
LOL>..the last time Greg went in that freezer, things didn't go so well! At least Sam had the good sense to follow safety regulations and not have it still lock...But it is too bad they couldn't bring in Allan Melvin to reprise being Sam.
Greg was acting like kind of a snob. Usually when somebody does that, the other brother finds something else to do. Scoop Brady had some other news for him.

Mike eas a real jerk to Mickey in regards to the phone call. How horrible for Mickey to feel like his own grandpa doesn't like him. As for phone, perhaps Mike should take that energy and teach Mickey how to answer the phone. Be blessed.
If you had kept watching, you would have seen that he did exactly that a few minutes later. It’s understandable that Mike would be frustrated at first, but then they talked it out and he taught him.

According to what I read, Maureen McCormick gave birth right around the time this show was in the works so she declined the role to concentrate on motherhood. If you love the Brady Bunch, this is some great Nostalgia. I liked the show. This was “rebooted” just like “still the beaver” from leave it to beaver. So reboots were actually happening back in the 80’s
For only six episodes after cancellation I actually liked this idea of the Brady’s and their extended families.
