एक अच्छे सीनियर का चुनाव सबसे कठिन कार्य है, अगर आपका कोई सम्बंधि सीनियर न हो ,बाकी सबसे बड़ी बात एक अच्छा वकील बनने के लिए ज़िला न्यायालय में आपके अपने क्षेत्र में आपकी पकड़ अच्छी होनी चाहिए ,दूसरी एकलव्य की भांति देख कर अत्यंत कठिन मेहनत और अभ्यास करके विद्वान सीनियर को फालो करके एकलव्य की भांति कीर्ति मान बनने का ध्येय रखना चाहिए।

Sir the main issue is to first generation Lawyer ki hai.. nobody support at intial level by Seniors,Bar,BCI in view of practical knowledge and financial level.its very tough to join a chamber, 80% seniors exploit to young juniors. 20% are good but to join them is a very tough to new one. After spending of lakhs in law they do not appreciate and zero payment or Very less amount then than peon or safaiwala Salary or less than minimum wages of labour they treat. Its a shem .
Our Seniors,BCI,Bar must take some intiative in the regards to save and motivate the new generation of Advocates.

@@rinkii_rajput Solution is Rapidly learn and change job. With in 1-2 year you will learn Far better than work with only one senior. By old enrollment number means not a senior. Person will Senior with his/Her work and Knowledge 👍
