All the stores in the map ask arthur if he's feeling alright
Crazy how his father figure never bothered to ask
@@WalterWhiteIamI think he did in a cutscene in beaver hollow
Dutch did ask if he was ok after Arthur was done shooting with the mini gun turret, when the group reunited.
@@yungyoucef7027he just said "and You dont look well"
@@WalterWhiteIamArthur, didn’t want to talk about his sickness, because he was worried the gang would think of him less.
i Remember Playing RDR2 So Many Times And Never Hearing Dutch Ask About Arthur's ILLNESS it's So Sad To Think About it i Wish We Can All Give Arthur Morgan A Big Hug 😢
Arthur beat up the man in the garden for Mr. Strauss' money. That's where he contracted the disease. A hug from karma.
I think Dutch was trying to hide the fact that Arthur is sick from himself
Im playing now and after pinkertons attack on gangs hideout in the end of chapter 5 Dutch asking Arthur is he allright, when Artur coughing and hard breathing, thats a single time when Dutch asks about this😔
Fr I felt so bad for Arthur because he was struggling with his past and now at the end he gets shot in the head from Micah come on now I jut wished that Micah died before anyone he was so inccent when no one was killed but when it came to him and Dutch and other ppl he acted like everything was okay and he was so wrong.
@@memeonlyme wait if you skip that mission do you not get TB?
Even Agent Milton asked about Arthur's health
that's quite a cough😂
@@wrath_.99 u rember that good true fan
i can't believe that even a store or stable worker will ask Arthur if he is alright but Dutch never asked him about his sickness
Arthur’s basically their number 1 customer with the amount of times we come in their stores so it’d make sense they’d be worried bout him, especially since most of them r nice guys, key word most, not counting Herbert moon or the general store owner in Rhodes.
@@Gingersnap_Adventuresneither of the gang ask him or just one or two btw
@@mrcodemi Charles and Sadie I think r the only two who DO ask him, which is nice cuz we all need a pal like Charles, ride or die 4 life.
@@Gingersnap_Adventures fr can you show me the scenes too?

Finally one who doesn't have "Lenny was only 19😢😢😢😢"
and Sean died without even realizing it, since he was shot in the head out of nowhere, and he was as young as Arthur, and he was still dating Karen
@@Soldado-Russo Arthur was 36 at the time, i imagine Sean to be much younger
@@Soldado-Russo Sean was in his twenties but still
@@Soldado-Russo Sean was like 10 years younger than Arthur lol. And I think going out like that wasn't all that bad. He didn't get tortured like Kieran, he didn't get sick and saw everything go down like Arthur or John, who also died very painfully. On the other hand, he never really got to redeem himself like Arthur did either. He died to soon, yes, but it was a quick and painless death and shit only went down until after his death
Charles the one character of the gang I really liked and appreciated and always enjoyed his missions and knowing he got my back made me extra confident . He was stealthy and skilled and the. Realest one in my opinion
Charles was a homie
And he survived
What about Sadie
"the realest one" how to tell rockstar didnt give javier storybuilding
@@nataliamanzanogamazo3759Sadie was so real same with Charles and Hosea those 3 were aurthurs actual family and it’s crazy how Dutch left him to die in that factory 😢

Такова судьба, все криминалы плохо кончают. В большинстве, как и все кто заботятся больше о других, чем о себе
Ellie (tlou): everyone I’ve cared for has either died or left me!
Jack: you don’t know the half of it
I'd like to imagine that Dutch never asked because he wanted to keep his mind out of the impending grief and keep Arthur's last days as happy as possible
Yeah…
that, or he didn't ask because he was secretly waiting for him to die, and asking arthur about his fatal illness would oblige dutch to be considerate of arthur's wishes, which were against dutch's plans
In my opinion it's simply because he didn't care, he considered Arthur a traitor and hoped he would die, like John. Only in the end he realize that he did everything wrong
Milton was just doing his job and gave the gang a chance to live normal lives
Yes when he came to their camp near Rhodes, first he said that he's going to capture Dutch, but then he said get out here to everyone including Dutch I knew that he's just doing his job
I feel like the reason Dutch didn’t ask is because he didn’t want to accept that Arthur was dying
Or dutch only cared about himself, cuz he sold 20+years for 6 months.
@@user-ed3kr6dq8s After 2 years of thinking about this again and again. I've come to the conclusion that It was the slow manipulation of Micah which turned Dutch into what he became. Before chapter 4, you can see Dutch genuinely caring about the gang.
I wish.. I wish he would care more at the end.. "I did"
@NumeralWalk Dude chapter 2 his already saying to Arthur I expect you 😢will betray me in the end. Arthur responds why you say that? And he says your the type, even though Arthur has shown no reason for Dutch to say that
Dutch only cared for himself. He just played the role model know it all when it was going to benefit him and him alone.
Never thought of that first one until now
I think he never told dutch about it
@@Esparrago73y-137sNo he knew
Dutch Most likely didn't ask because he didn't want to accept Arthur was going to die regardless of if the gang survived. Hosea I'm pretty sure also had Tuberculosis, so Dutch was probably devastated knowing he was esstentially going to lose his "brother" Hosea and "son" Arthur to the exact same thing. Even when he finally does somewhat acknowledge it in chapter 6 "and you.... you don't look so good..." he probably just didn't want to accept it.
Jack was the real cowboy at the end of the day 😢
I can’t believe Arthur’s girlfriend and kid got killed just for 10$
10$ in 1899 is around 300-400$ in 2024
But his wife and kid got killed before that time
About $373.89 today.
world’s cheapest hitman
@@J47355that money would not get you a good hitman
And he got killed bcs he beat a man with illness to death for a few bucks.
Yeah but I think Dutch was being sarcastic by saying that to Arthur. I agree to you that Dutch knew he was sick, but Dutch didn’t care.
Yes i'm agree with you, but only in the end when it's too late. But duch said that he was his father...😢. When dutch apparently worried about arthur's health he actually said it to push him away, in fact in the mission where you go to recover the horses of the Wapiti Indians he wanted to go and help them alone because in that way he could "manipulate" them without arthur interfering.
dutch does ask many times. in vamp interactions but also there’s one you will always run into, in the mission where you get the horses for eagle flies. “we ain’t so good doing doing scores no more dutch!”
“are you feeling alright arthur”
in previous interactions he asks with more care but here he uses it to win an argument
Dutch and jack are the most tragic red dead characters
I honestly don’t think Dutch ever cared for Arthur. He just wanted Arthur to stay cuz Arthur was basically the reason why the gang is still alive and surviving
Respect for not putting “Lenny was only 19 when he died” like everyone else who makes these
Man, Jack had a miserable childhood with a dad who didn’t care for him until he got kidnapped, a mom who couldn’t afford clothing (Arthur gave her 5 bucks for clothes so don’t worry) and people like Sean, Kieran, Hosea, Lenny, Molly, Susan, Arthur, Uncle, John, Abagail
"What an ugly piece of work that thing is" -morgan freeman
Bro the whole vander ling gang but Jack💀
Jack watched Tilly do just fine
Agent Milton was the only person Arthur straight up said he had tb to. Charles doesn’t count cause he never said he had tb he said he had a sickness and was running outta time.
Sometimes I think about Jack's potential. If there is a Rdr3 we could see him since he was born and with a good fourth game as a closing with him as the protagonist it would be perfect. It would be like Etzio that we saw him born and die in consecutive games
Study's show that 10 dollars in 1899 was around 360-400 I think which explains
So 2 lives of a gang member family for 400 USD nah bro
@@user-ww4oc5cp2nlet's be honest we kill odres'cols for 2 dollars😂
@@user-ww4oc5cp2n I agree
How much would 1 dollar at that time be worth right now?
so piece of meat in rdr2 is 200 dollars? That’s a lot for meat isn’t it? I think that money in rdr2 are the same as now
In the epilogue sometimes one can complain that Jack is very "soft" but if you think about it he is just a boy who has seen his family die and they betray by shooting each other
In Red Dead one when you get to play as Jack he's all suicidal and stuff
dutch didnt ask because he didnt want to accept that arthur is dying
he lost his sanity but arthur was still his son
we can that dutch cries when looking at arthur dying in the end of chapter 6
The first one actually hurts me every time I replay this masterpiece💔💔
Even sadder because Dutch and Arthur met when Arthur was 13 and raised him from then so imagine dying from an illness and being injured from fighting and then seeing your father figure look up at you and watch you die well, a person you’ve and him known for only six months yell at him to kill you and when you are John and you go to kill Mika you can see in Dutches face the mistake he made and the same with John, too, as when Dutch said he was gonna go look for John after he fell off the train Dutch never did A lot of people say that Dutch was always bad from the beginning but I think When they’re in the mountains the first part of the game he said that he’d sacrificed himself for anyone in the gang but in the bank robbery in Saint Denise he let Hosea die well if he was still was good he probably would’ve turned himself in but overtime and throughout the story i , like what people think on the trolley robbery when it fell, they think he bumped his head and it changed his perspective or when he went to I think throughout the story, corrupted him and those incidents so sad to think that a man you’ve trusted for well over 20 years just saw you die and did nothing about it and with lenny when he was dying, all he saw was his only family running past him while the only person who stayed was Arthur and if you look back, the police were really far away
The sad part of your life is when you realise that your friend was your biggest enemy...
Dutch would never asks Arthur's illness this is suck he loves Arthur he was like a son to him how could someone didn't care about his son😢
Actually dutch hears Arthur coughing and asks if he's alright and take it easy. I remember this scene while standing in camp. They never talk about him dying soon tho.
"Uncle isn't red Harlow"😩
Red Harlow is uncle's lumbago personified
It makes sense why Jack ended up the way he did at the end of RDR1. As a kid he watched the gang fall apart right in front of him and as a teenager his mother and father had both died. Everyone Jack ever knew was killed, he’s left with essentially nothing.
Still remember that mission with rain falls and learning about Arthur's son and girlfriend, paused the game and just sat there thinking of the pain Arthur's been through
Dutch made a sarcastic remark about Arthur’s illness. In the mission where you go with eagle flies to take back horses stolen from them, at the end of it Dutch says “Arthur will go and help yo- oh wait, Arthur needs to rest. I’ll go” I imagine he only said this to talk to and manipulate the Indians.
bro i knew all of them so dutch never asking arthur about his illness was like damn…
Jack is definitely one of the most broken characters in the red dead universe, watching everyone he’s cared about die
I wouldn't be supprised if dutch didnt even notice arthur's illness, he was that braindead in the end
He literally kept saying that’s a mighty illness you’ve got there and that he needs to rest he just never asked what it was
@@yrgcheeky6059 aha, i missed something...
@@2username7 yeah
That’s is so crazy that Dutch never asked Arthur about his illness
The last fact is pretty crazy, imagine all who you knew died and you end up without anyone, as far as i know fans spotted that jack in end of rdr1 had suicidal tendencies, i dont blame him its pretty crazy living like that
Sad that a store owner is worried about Arthur but his father figure doesn’t truly sad💔
Dutch had asked Arthur once if he’s feeling good or not referring to his cough 😢
Jacks the most resilient
Tuberculose 💀
Arthur Morgan isn't working on his dad but he's a few months ago 😢

And I'm the only one who doesn't hate Micah (I have reasons)
@@charlottesabini1581explain yourself
Dutch asked Arthur one Time you okay son
My rdr depression is back 😢
Dutch knew Arthur was sick. I forget the name of the mission it’s in chapter 6 that I know but Dutch says to Arthur “oh well Arthur needs to rest” he knew Arthur was sick he just didn’t care in his mind if you can walk and shoot that’s good enough
i like to believe dutch never asked because he didn't wanted arthur to feel vulnerable
Not just Dutch. Most of the gang members. Fun fact. When you got no money and the man who saves you when you faint from coughing gives you money for your treatments. You can see many strangers being concerned for you. But your own camp members won't care.
In the beginning at the camp near Valentine dutch noticed something as little as Arthur getting a new sidearm but towards the end he didn't even really care that Arthur was dying
the jack one hit really hard. losing like 10 people close to you as a child
the saddest part is that he only told milton about it
He also tells Charles just before everything hits the fan
Dutch knew that Arthur was dying when he was fighting with Micah
I know Athur is 36, he sure seems more like 46 tho.
Dutch is like 46 what are you talking about arthur looks so young
he sure loos above 36 but not above 40, even sick, I used to think Dutch was like 52 or something but that's just 4 years less Hosea's age....im out of words
Depends on his Facial Hair just like in real life
@@kenjabekxudayberganov8795it depends but Arthur definitely looks like he's 40 or 46 dutch looks about his age
Jack Marston - the last gunslinger/ the last member of the van der linde gang
Arthur thought he didn’t deserve love
Dutch actually does mention Arthur’s illness, but only to put him down like when Arthur’s proving a point he says “are you feeling alright Arthur?” Or “Arthur will do It- oh wait arthur needs his rest”
Jack is the last generation of the van der linde gang😢
Jack is a great gunslinger
Arthur Morgan was an angelic cowboy❤❤❤😢😢
He was always sad but never angry.
The fact that even Micah noticed Arthurs illness before Dutch is crazy to me
10$ in the 1800 was a lot. During the mission where the you’re trying to find Angelo Brontë and you go to the kids and they say they will show you for 5$ Arthur makes the remark “where does he live New York?” This is to highlight the fact that even 5 dollars was a lot back then
also when Micah gets arrested in Strawberry, Dutch is very insistent on getting him out, but when Arthur gets captured by O'Driscolls he doesnt do anything
Jack is the one who faced the most pain of losing ppl around 😢
Dutch never knew spanish 😢😔
I have commented this exact comment in multiple videos already but
Agent Milton died thinking John’s name is Rip Van Winkle
That hits hard
people seems to forget how much of a thing "men shouldn't show emotions" was back then. even today its still kinda big. hence arthur didn't go around looking for sympathy, he probaly wanted dutch to not speak about it
Even the stable keeper asked Arthur about the coughing…
“And you, you ain’t doing too well either”
Dutch mocks Arthur before even pretending to be concerned.
Dutch looks like Omni Man
At the end when they start beefing he says “you don’t look like your doing to well” so he mentions it
,,i am just a fish" :(
I never knew authur had a family
sad how jack was such an innocent kid but johns past caught up to him and now jack suffers the problems his dad did
Poor child😢
Mơ ước đc trải nghiệm tựa game này khi còn có thể . Đã gần 50 rồi 😢😢😢
These ones was really hard man
Here is a truth, that isn’t told much, but it’s true. In the last mission, Dutch didn’t shoot Micah to save John, or Sadie, he did it for himself.
Real...
Why did you assume that?
I’m not sure, I just thought it could be a valid theory.
Anybody else crying right now…
no
I just want Arthur back
“I’m not a killer but 10$ is 10$”
Uncles lumbago 😔
Dutch asks Arthur if he’s ok when he started coughing in Fleeting joy.
Idk why people think that Dutch didn’t ask because he thought it would hurt less or because he couldn’t process it. It’s clear that by Chapter 6 Dutch doesn’t trust Arthur at all. Dutch sees him as a traitor and he didn’t ask because he simply didn’t care if Arthur survived or died. He even makes fun of Arthur’s illness.
Litte boy jack be good just please Your uncle didn't deserve to get killed by your bully (micah)
The last fact 😭😢😭😭
Back Then 10€ was way more then nowaydays
Arthurs family was killed for 10 dollars (which would probably be worth about 400 at the time)
Niko from gta iv got his friends and family killed for 1000$
The last one explains why Jack became that way. Just like his father and father-figures before him, that's all the life he knew: being an outlaw.
In reality, Jack Marston is the most tragic RDR character.
