I used to play on 1152x864 at 30 fps , I used your low end preset , and after doing everything you told it still gets same fps in my native settings. But anyways I don't mind because your preset did something I don't know what but reflections on cars look great , I tried to put reflection settings on ultra but it won't affect a bit , and after using your preset my reflection looks sick asf . Great job

There is an option to upgrade your vram to 512mb using regedit so kindly increase it.
Add add extra 4gb ram.
If you did these you can play gta 5 smoothly
With high texture quality.
