"go get em' Augie!"
"YOU SHUT UP WH*RE!!"
😂😂😂😂
It’s efin cool how in that part of the movie you are so invested in who wins the battle
Seriously underrated Sean William Scott comedy is *Evolution.* Also stars David Duchovny, Julianne Moore, and Orlando Jones. Entertaining from beginning to end.
❤that movie
“I’ll get the lubricant!”
“There’s no time!”
“THERE’S ALWAYS TIME FOR LUBRICANT!”
Yess LOVE tht movie. So underrated.
@@deadbynightupbylunch Afterwards:
"I'd like an ice cream, please."
"What flavor?"
"It doesn't matter. It's for my ass."
GOON. And he actually plays a different character in it, and it's great.
That Kevin Hart joke got me for a solid 5 minutes idk why that was so damn funny to me xD
I had to pause it and show it to my dad because I found it so frigging funny.
The best part is at the restaurant and the kid goes “oooo they have chicken fingers. I’m gonna run a train on these chicken fingers”
I love chicken fingers so I can relate. Run a train on them anytime I can. 🚂
oh yeah, thats the funniest part...
What does that even mean?
yumnumnumnumnumnum
@pmbbmp oh dear sweet innocent child
Good lord it's KISS' Beth he's singing. The Vente coffee scene is still *chef's kiss*
You do appreciate the irony saying "chef's kiss" when talking about the Vente scene. That's exactly the sort of saying he'd rail against.
Definitely Beth with Rudd singing
They know movies, old rock songs not so much. 😏
Peter Criss' Beth
They wouldn't know because they don't listen to shit music
I still slip a "let us gingerly touch our tips" into general conversation wherever it fits.
...wherever it fits
The song Paul Rudd sings to his girlfriend is BETH by KISS . It was their biggest hit , and it was written by the drummer , the
CAT !
His name is Peter Chris and you know it goddamn it
Paul Stanley doesn't know who Peter Criss is.
“Why do kids take drugs?… because they’re awesome.”
😂 That gets me every time.
“I love you, man” is probably my favorite Paul Rudd movie.
"You white, then you, Ben Affleck." How many times I quote that is insane.
As I grow older, some people start to look the same, Margot Robbie, Samara weaving, and the blonde chick from my name is earl, all look the same to me, even though they are all a solid 5+ years apart.
So far it’s just those 3, but I wonder who it’ll be in 10 years for me.
@@donyates7300 Wait, there's 3 of them. I was sure Samara Weaving was just Margot Robbie, and that it was just Margot Robbie and Jaime Pressly who looke alike. And now that I googled it, apparently there's a 4th one as well. A blond Emma Mackey is a doppelganger of those three women too.
He's gotta point.
If you think he's Stiffler in everything you HAVE to watch Goon!
Jane Lynch was in The Fugitive
The song paul rudd sings at the end is beth by kiss. It was written by peter criss, the original kiss drummer.
The guy playing Cumbaya poorly on the guitar is director David Wain, and a lot of the people in this movie show up in all of his stuff. If you like this movie you should watch his earlier movie Wet Hot American Summer - it's fucking ridiculous but the cast is stacked with people that were mostly unknown or not that big yet but would become enormous stars (including Bradley Cooper's debut).
Also that Wings song they sing is a made up song that happens to sound like it absolutely could be a Wings song - to keep up the joke they hired a Paul McCartney impersonator to sing it over the end credits. So many people thought it was actually a Wings song which cracks me up.
Also Augie absolutely looks like a young Marvin Hamlisch.
A great Sean William Scott movie where he's not playing Stiffler is "Goon". Also stars Live Schreiber and Kim Coates.
"Goon" is my favorite Seann William Scott movie, you guys would love it, he doesn't play Stiffler in it.
Legendary movie
You better rewatch Goon now, then Slap Shot movies, and then finish off with Shoresy, it has season 3 coming out today in US, and likely soon in rest of the world too.
"and i miss your whispering eye" 💀💀💀
Role Models and Hot Rod are the most underrated comedies of that decade.
Sully you choaD‼️‼️‼️
Admittedly, the only Wings song I know is "Live and Let Die", the theme for the Bond film of the same name.
The song that is supposedly performed by Wings(Love take me down), is a running joke in the movie. It’s actually a Wings tribute band that perform it in the style of Paul’s band. The group Wings never wrote or recorded it.
The basics are right but the details are wrong. It was written by a composer who worked on the film and the guy who plays Martin in the style of Wings and performed by a Paul McCartney soundalike who plays in a Beatles tribute band.
My favorite part is that they make it in universe. If you watch Wanderlust, there is a scene where they walk up on a group of them playing music and they are singing "Love Take me Down to the Streets" lmao.
Good to know.
U wanna know what I used eat 4 breakfast u wanna know what i use 2 eat 4 lunch that part always gets me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
(50:08) "Beth" from KIss...come on guys.
The song at the end is Beth by Kiss. Obviously modified...
"You're over there... and you're over there..., and I don't know which way is up!" always gets me!
"She's done better." 😂😂😂
I had never heard of this movie for a long time until people at the club I worked at kept telling me how I'd love it because I'm such a huge KISS fan. They were right, I really like this movie.
Whoa, careful showing that picture of your house. Some geoguesser is gonna narrow it down to the street corner based on the shape of your doors.
As long as Shia doesn't live in their basement, they should be in the clear...
Yes that's so accurate they could probably guess your key code too.😂😂😂
I still say "You white, then you Ben Affleck" all the time
The song at the end that Paul Rudd's character changed the words to is "beth" its by kiss
32:33
No, that's not Chris Parnell. That's Jo Lo Truglio (Charles Boyle from Brooklyn 99)
And he was in superbad with Christopher Mintz-Plasse.
@vincegamer true, but if I recall correctly his character never interacted with Christopher Mintz-Plasse's character, only the ones played by Jonah Hill and Michael Cera. At that point in the film Christopher was busy mingling with the cops played by Seth Rogen and Bill Hader
@@johnhart8856 you're right. He hits Jonah Hill with his car
Forgot to like, then heard the, "Shes done better." Instant like, lmao.
Paul Rudd also stars in "I Love You Man"! Great movie!
If the little ones came in right when he said he's a crackshot, I would have died in this chair, No Ragrets
Mrs. movie hide from Mr. Movie tonight, he LOVES live action roleplay
You need to release a shirt that says "Lightning Bolt!"
My favorite Paul rudd movie is "I love you, man." Watch that if yall haven't
Jane Lynch was in "The Fugitive" with Harrison Ford. Way back when.
OMFG I can't believe I forgot that. She played his buddy who believed him. Saw your comment and it hit me immediately. Been watching her pop up for years onscreen and never remembered. One of the only non comedic characters I can recall her playing.
@@clevelandcbi Another funny one is C.S.Lee. Played Vince Masuka on Dexter. He was an extra on Law & Order. Even had hair. So funny to see a person that is famous now as a rando in some show from 30 years ago.
Goon- is a great Sean William Scott movie. I love him it it. The movie actually makes me kinda emotional lol
One of my favorite movies such an underrated title I wish more people would watch it
If you want to see Sean William Scott in a different role that he actually did really good watch Bloodline .... He said his mom didnt talk to him for 3 months after seeing the movie cuz she was so freaked out by him ...... Side note The Rundown is also really good and never reacted to.
Also Southland Tales
@@billthomas478….is one of the worst movies ever made.
Yall should check out Mr. Woodcock😂😂😂Sean William Scott in it Billy Bob Thornton yall will like it.🇺🇲💯😎💪 Dukes of Hazzard also cmon Boss Hogg was who again?😂😂😂
"Thunder, Lightning...." 😂
@clevelandcbi 😂😂😂 It was the sound effects he made when "Powering Up," had me rollin 🤣 😂 😆 💯
I worked at Starbucks for years. Never once cared if someone said "small" or "large" etc... sometimes they'd catch themselves and apologize and I'd say, "please don't apologize. I understand common sense and English."
even now, no one cares about what you went through. Congrats though. u said something out loud.
It's sort of a negativity breeds negativity thing in the scene. I definitely have never been confronted for ordering a large, but I could see a barista wanting to make sure to get the order right and asking "you mean venti"? And it would all be fine, but if Paul Rudd comes back at her with being a cranky insulting asshole, then it kind of escalates from there.
@@user-br1cm5gr7e You fuck off whore.
I find it hard to believe you have never heard of Wings. I’m sure you would recognize some songs. Silly Love Songs, Band On The Run, Let ‘Em In, Live And Let Die.
Sean William Scott plays a great guest role on Its Always Sunny
Please react to Wet Hot American Summer. A lot of the people from this movie are in it. Reactors are sleeping on it, but it's sooooo good.
Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Amy Poehler, Bradley Cooper. The cast is stacked.
The king, "But didst thou perish?!"
THREE ACTORS IN THIS ARE IN AFUNNY SERIES "PARTY DOWN" ABOUT OUT OF WORK ACTORS AS CATERERS.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤❤❤❤❤😎😎😎😎
Ok kids, Paul McCartney had a band called Wings from 1971 to 1981. Members changed over the years, but the nucleus was Paul, his eife Linda, and guitarist Denny Laine. They had a number of hit songs through that time, but one of their highlights was the James Bond theme Live and Let Die.
Live and Let Die is the only reason why i know Wings. 😂
@@travisbickle1552
Band on the Run, Silly Love Songs, With a Little Love, even Wonderful Christmas Time, which you probably hear 50 times every season. 😆
David wain is such a great writer and director you should check out "wet hot american summer"
Which is crazy how much I like his writing, dispite my hatred of Stella
The song is called Beth. It's a kiss song in his girlfriend's name is Beth
Note all the cameo's by members of The State! 😀
LMAOOOO that was cool and funny you put your larping clip in there
The wife be crazy yo - this movie is one of the last great studio comedies 🎯
I hope you guys watched the gag reel. It's gold. There's a funny ass joke where Rudd and Banks say a line to each other that they said to each other in Wet Hot American Summer.
The song he's singing is Beth by Kiss.
Sean William Scott isn't Stiffler in everything. He's a nerd in the Jay & Silent Bob film. He only plays Stiffler in American Pie, Final Destination, Road Trip, Evolution, Old School, BulletProof , The Rundown, The Dukes Of Hazzard, Balls Out, Cop Out, The Promotion, Mr WoodCock, TrainWreck, Southland Tales, the other American Pie films and this one. He really becomes that nerd in the Jay & Silent Bob film though.
Nice
We want examples of these romantic lines 😂😂💯
the song Paul Rudd is trying to sing is BETH by KISS
YOU REALLY NEED TO WATCH
‘KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM’
💥⚔️💥
I love it when he made fun of Starbucks drink sizes 😆
Scott actually broke the Stiffler mold a bit, when he was in "Bulletproof Monk".
Your kid walking in was awesome, I love both of your reactions to the movie
Hope you two are having an great and awesome day ❤️
You gotta remember in 08 too world of Warcraft had about 13 million people played it thats why i think the RPG aspect worked so well
I will cry so many tears if you guys dont do Knights of Badassdom.
I love this era of comedies “i Love you man” is one of my favorite Paul rud movies . That one and the one with Jennifer Anniston where they are at the hippy community , hillarious
I joined the big brother big sister program after this movie. Been matched with a kid for 5 years now. Very fulfilling.
I did see other littles retreat into fantasy worlds.
15:32 😂😂 If I was eating with milk in my cornflakes then it would be coming out of my nose!! 😂😂😂
Sick thoughts…sick thoughts 😂😂😂 also I love you ,man is my favourite Paul Rudd movie but this is up there
Love the applause track for the kids
THE SONG IS BETH YOU GUYS!!!
I'll admit that while I've watched a lot of your reactions, this was the most relatable. Why? Because every time my girl and i try to watch a movie at night after the kids are sent to bed...can i have a snack? Followed by being interrupted several more times.
That look of annoyance the third time the little girl walks in the room on this guys face... i imagine is my face the first time my kids walk in mine. Haha
The recurring 'Love take me down to the streets' is such a good joke. It isn't a Wings song and doesn't exist apart from in this film.
She said Blumpkin. Wuahahahhaaa
The mrs is going to love this one!
Ehhhh....
She didn’t
McLarpin
In my opinion “Goon” is the best comedy that nobody knows exists. Sean William Scott is great as Doug Glatt.
Love this movie, such a great comedy, one of the best of its time
One very fun Paul Rudd movie is "I Could Never Be Your Woman" with Michelle Pfeiffer and Saoirse Ronan in a very early role. It's cute and fun, but not genius. I find a lot of funny stuff in this one, but it certainly isn't a classic, but still enjoyable. Had fun watching with you two.
Paul Rudd movie i recommend is The Ten. its like movie 43 where theres multiple sketches. he plays the character that introduces each sketch. edit: also This is 40 is starring paul rudd and is the sequel to knocked up.
15:34 perfect timing 😂
This is a criminally underrated movie. Your reactions provided it.
She said BLUMPKIN! 😂
"I'd go see his 'turtle' " 😅 I bet you would.
yes, is most favorite movie of Rudd. good too is I Love You, Man from him also.
The ways eagles mate as described in this film, is correct. It was also described the same way in the film, Continental Divide starring John Belushi.
I miss going to NERO POLAR. I was a Dark Elf rogue/assassin. I actually still have a random bag of my old gold coins, , components, and magic item tags that expired like 18 years ago. Lol
It's been so long since I've seen this I didn't clock that the guy in the "Good Times Officer" shirt is Jorma Taccone. One third of The Lonely Island. He co-starred in 'Hot Rod' the year before this and directed 'Macgruber' two years after this which is a seriously hilarious and well directed movie for a first time director. For anyone who likes their SNL Digital Shorts and missed this news the Lonely Island guys and Seth Meyers have started a podcast in which they discuss the aforementioned Digital Shorts as well as the history of SNL in general.
50:16 the song is called Beth by KISS
Paul Rudd was good in "Our Idiot Brother"
"Friends" last season
"Night at the Museum"
"These Dads Suck"
"This is the End"
"Dinner With Schmucks"
"I Love Ya, Man"
"Only Murders in the Building" 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Perfect cameo for this movie!
Paul McCartney and Wings did the theme song "Live and Let Die" for the James Bond film.....
#1 favorite rudd movie. Also I'm not a lair guy, but these scenes make the movie awkwardly hysterical. "Bid him good morrow".... I say this in real life because of this movie.
Sean William Scott is hilarious in The Rundown, with The Rock.
This is one of the funniest movies !! Me and my husband love this !!!!
'Our Idiot Brother' is another fun Paul Rudd movie from around this time.
36:45 Stifler is right: Get Out of Jail -card was a real thing which was awarded as a prize in a lottery in Britain a long time ago. It wasn't valid for the worst crimes, but for everything else: you got spared jail!
Mr Movies you beat me. I was literally going to comment "Moist" when you said it while talking about the movie being unrated and Mrs Movies said "Nasty ". Lol!
The "KING" IS HILARIOUS IN "THE HANGOVER" AND HES A DENTIST!!!❤❤❤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Which one were you in that larp video? My money's on the mage
"I already got ya"😂 .....haha wifey is going nowhere.
summertime movie was Benchwarmers
Ya the thing about hawks and eagles is true. I learned that from Continental Divide another good movie.
