I had Night Terror dreams as a kid where I ran around the house. We were backed up to forest and my parents were afraid I would get outside. I out grew them but would occasionally sleepwalk in high school and wake up standing in another room, usually the kitchen.

Guys, this is comedy, these guys are brilliant in this movie, you don't want to dissect it at all. I just laughed and laughed all the way through.
The dinosaur monologue was adlibbed. The director told him what to do and he ran with it.
One of the best movies ever created especially in the comedy category. This is the movie you can certainly watch once a year twice a year and not have a problem with it.
Also Rob riggle was the man who was randomly yelling that dude's a war hero give it up to him also an amazing comedy actor
Will Farrell and Adam McKay are such a good actor and director combo for comedies. Check out Talladega Nights: the ballad of Ricky Bobby and The Other Guys. I actually prefer those 2 but step brothers is a classic for sure.

Fun fact about that Richard Jenkins dinosaur monologue, the director had no scripted lines for that scenes and told him to go in there and improvise something. Truly an underrated acting talent for sure!

Gotta be honest, I’m surprised you knew the song Will Ferrel sings at the end was in Spanish. So many people think it’s Italian because the original by Andrea Bocelli was in Italian and that’s the version most people know. Btw, for those who want to know the song, the Spanish version sung in the movie is called “Por Ti Volaré”, and the original Italian version is called “Con Te Partiró”
