Loved the house of the week. What a nice updated patio villa. I’m currently renting a similar model in Pinellas. If the house of the week was closer to 466a, I would have loved to take a look.

When Portillo's opens their location in Lady Lake later this year, you & Cameraman will have to check it out. My Chicago area friend who lives in The Villages is looking forward to Portillo's opening. If you don't know what Portillo's is, ask anyone from the Chicago area. It's fast food, but A+ fast food.

💥💥🎺🎷🥳 Congratulations on 2K subscribers!! I was never crazy about hole #6 at Churchill. As Cameraman knows I dealt with a slice, so I was down in the “crater” on the right, a lot.😩 Great video, as always! New restaurants sounds exciting! Hated to hear that Sam’s St. Johns closed. We loved their crab legs! However, made at the table guacamole is hard to beat! 😍

HOTW: We stayed in this floor plan the last time we came for a visit. This one is nicely updated, and I love the gas cooking. Is it turnkey? It doesn't say it is on Zillow.
It is an easy floor plan to live with. It isn’t turnkey. Still a very good buy though.
I got the price wrong again. I guessed 315k. I guess it would have been if it were in Sumter County. I would love it if you would say which club you're using for each stroke.
Not too bad with the guess. I will try and remember to say which club I’m using. Everyone is different though. I can use a driver on a par 3 and cameraman will use a 7 iron.
