- Coast Guard was searching for a boat and all crew were fully suited and ready for a confrontation. This has never happened at Black Point Marina. It was very weird to see such urgency looking for a particular boat. You will love this video especially if you love the Chit Show. My name is Alfred Montaner Host of the Chit Show in Miami.

Dude, get a handheld vhf marine radio and listen to channel 16 for coast guard transmissions.
You can listen on land but not talk.

Alfred, the coast guard also uses shotguns with slugs. They use them to disable outboard motors on fleeing watercraft. Also, if you ask them for a tour of how they work, they’ll bring you out on the boat and show you how everything works.
My brother-in-law was in the Coast Guard for years they use a deck Mountain 50 cal. For taking out engines or vessels or whatever you want to take out. Maybe you want them to stop and Fire 50 repetitious shots across the bow.
I wonder if that will work in Kenosha Wisconsin in the summer . I'd love to checkout a coast guard safe boat.

They use more than shotguns with slugs. They use the 50BMG and Springfield M14-EBR as well! Really do numbers on hulls and engines!

Hi Alfred, I suggest you buy a portable handheld VHF radio so you can monitor channel 16 so you know what is going on.
PS: All vessel skippers/owners are responsible for any damage or injuries resulting from their wakes, even the US Coast Guard. Operating a vessel at higher speed in a no wake or docking area by anyone, make them liable for any damage or injuries they cause. Find and fully read a copy of COLREGS which covers all aspects of the navigation rules.

Came across your show after the hurricane. Giving back & doing your part to help those in need. Couldn't have imagined what your show was all about, indeed a chit-show. Amazed how many beautiful boats pour in & out of that ramp on any given day, easily a million bucks & surely more. What possess someone to invest so much yet not know how to dock that investment? Makes my head rattle. If you can't go in with your eyes shut, you shouldn't be there. Nonetheless, it's comical as heck but still a head-shaker each & every time. Cringing for sure
