I use only pink himalayan salt, as because of health have to take lots and lots of salt, plus sole water and I don't have high blood pressure, I'm not in America, no one will tell me I can't have salt, as love salty food, and gave up salt for years done my body no favours, not using salt and its a life saver for me

My grandfather was a farmer his entire life (born in 1907) and I remember seeing him eating salt. He said it helped him when he was working in the fields (his little garden at that point, being retired from cotton farming). I have always eaten it, even though my husband thinks I eat too much. I have never had high blood pressure and I'm in my 60's now. I also don't eat processed food or fast food. That is probably key too.😊

My mom always made us warm salt water when we had a stomach ache, nausea, menstrual cramps, sore throat, coughs, sinus congestion, etc. We were told to sip on it, it was only maybe half a cup, and she used sea salt because Himalayan salt was not really popular or known back then.

You were cramping because you needed salt-to replace what you were sweating out. You could have eaten a teaspoon of salt and got in the exact same results. You don't need fancy salt and fancy water with a fancy name... But then I guess it wouldn't be so fancy and nobody would do it.
Go look at the ingredients on a bottle of Gatorade - You know, the stuff that athletes drink? Salt, plain old salt... Not himalayan, not pink, just salt.
      Absolutely ridiculous.

Actually Sole wasn't made with Himalayan salt. The best salt to use with sole is Celtic gray salt. Celtic salt has 87 minerals. Celtic Gray salt is better. They are finding impurities in Himalayan salt because it is processed. it is mined. Celtic salt is not mined it is manually collected. Also Sole is made in a jar of water, 5 to 6 tsp salt to a quart of water. You then put a tsp from that into a glass of water. once a day. you can use distilled water also.

I believe what your saying. I take meds for high blood pressure. I started restricting my salt intake, drank alot of water, trying to be healthier. One morning I woke up with sore finger joints. I asked Jesus to tell me what was wrong. He put the word sodium in my spirit and brought back and reminded me a year and a half before this my doctor told me my blood work showed low sodium. I started eating salt on a spoon, and after 3 days the pain left in my fingers. This was a miracle for me.

The salt helped me to sleep better my energy level is stronger and certain quietness in my body. I must say I been taking vitamins since many years now even normal minerals, because the body exsists of minerals and water, but since I added the sole the body functiones much better. Also what I think isreally important is the Vitamine C with the sole. When I look at you I see a very good and strong energy,so keep on trucking.

I typically mix a quarter or a half teaspoon with hot water before I go to bed in the morning it's fully dissolved and I drink it. How is this different than having the jar premix and then mixing a spoon of this into regular water? I travel a lot and I'm in hotels all the time I carry the Himalayan salt. Redmond Life Real Salt is the absolute best salt to use in a Salt Sole.
Research the brand, it'll blow your mind compared to Celtic and Himalayan.
Love this stuff, the change for me has been miraculous.
ALL sea salts have microplastics in them which are highly bad for the body.
Redmond is mined in Utah, no plastics or other pollutants.
I use a pint of purified water, or distilled, and seven tablespoons of salt. And sit overnight, it will be perfectly clear after 24 hours.

It lasts quite a while, because you’re only using about 1.5-3 tsp/day. After your solution has sat on the counter undisturbed for about 12 hours, as long as there is still visible salt at the bottom of the jar, you know your water is fully saturated with salt. As my jar gets empty, I just add more water and salt to it.

I see that you've edited to say you've switched to Celtic sea salt as Himalayan salt contains heavy metals. I have kidney impairment and a Stoma due to contracting Sepsis and a flesh eating bug. I suffer daily with dehydration, electrolytes are "off' and low sodium. I've just bought Celtic sea salt to try. My issue is, if you have a Stoma, plain water is not advised. My Stoma Nurse recommended sports drinks or squash. I can't have anything low fat or sugar free. If i do it goes straight from my mouth into my Stoma bag. Water especially has the same effect. I was wondering if i should have the Celtic salt with my normal juice, as it would defeat the purpose having it water lol. Im not asking for health advice, just a personal opinion from you or other people commenting

I think it’s best when you make a fresh batch each time , dump out all the solid tiny rocks or sandstones setting at the bottom ( I call these are junk) .. if we keep add more salt & water to jar , it will blend all over “junk “ again ( old & new ) …

The sediment at the bottom is undissolved salt. When you add more water to it, the new water isn't fully saturated yet, and will absorb the undissolved salt. There's no need to throw out the sediment (undissolved salt).

The sediment is just undissolved salt. Having salt remaining in the bottom of the jar means that your water is fully saturated and can’t absorb any more of the salt. As you use it and add more water, the remaining salt will disappear, but you’ll need to add more salt to the jar to be certain your water is fully saturated.

The bad list of ingredients in pink salt contains mercury, arsenic, lead, and thallium. Our favorite Himalayan Salt may even include radioactive elements like radium, uranium, polonium, plutonium, and so much more. Himalayan salt ingredients also include radioactive elements: radium, uranium, polonium, plutonium, and many others. It also exceeded the safe level of lead set by Food Standards Australia and New Zealand by 25 per cent, and contained more than 130 times more lead than white table salt.
