- Hi guys! My name is Pete. I have been working as a barista for 10 years. In this vdo, I just wanna share how I work with a team through morning rush in Melbourne to share how to get things done nice and quick and continuously. It includes multitasking skill, organizing skill, good workflow, milk texturing skill, and latte art. I hope it's useful for new baristas. Have a good day!
I just found your channel, and i was a barista at a coffee cart. I miss being a barista! I really enjoyed it so much!
@rudyb291 I'm really glad that you enjoyed my vdo, and it also made you think of your good old times in the past. Thanks for watching!!
Im a barista myself and its so relaxing for me to watch your vids! Much love from Germany
Yeah, it’s so relaxing I watch while I m on toilet 😺
@@bluebeats7850 Thank you so much for watching guys 😆
hey man i just wanna ask for some tips since you are experienced. how do you split milk to make one cap and one flat white from one milk jug? im basically asking how do you control the amount of foam poured into 2 different cups.
If you know how to do froth for those two coffees, then you just do it in one jug than also contain enough milk for 2 cups. Then you just roughly split about half cup put in another jug, and start pouring cap first with the main jug, and flatwhite after. That's it.
เก่งมากๆครับ ได้ทริคเยอะเลย โดยเฉพาะตอนโรยผงแล้วหมุนแก้ว😂👍

no tamping?
We use tamping machine
why do u work with a jacket... is miss it when all baristas had to wear all the same clothes. Just classic luxury. nowadays everyone just wears different clothes... I don't even know if it's a barista or a costumer making coffee.
Why do I wear jacket? Of course, it's so cold at that time. Wearing uniform or not depends on the workplace. If they don't have rules about that, we can wear anything. You don't know it's barista or customer making coffee? Of course, that's a barista. Some customers don't even know what they ordered.
@@Pete6691i here it’s cold too in winter (-20 C ) and I always wear an uniform…and even if there isn’t a rule about that… i would wear an uniform on my own…of course the costumer knows that u are a barista..but only if everyone wears an uniform at work! Nowadays there aren’t real baristas anymore..cause of the normal clothing trend 🙄.
@@Otto-Grammi If you just gonna keep thinking you are a "real" barista because you are just wearing a uniform then good luck with that.
