- While saving continues for the newest iteration of the Aerofabb rear diffuser, I wanted to hold myself over with some sort of rear diffuser. I found this eBay diffuser for $35 and picked it up to see how it looked. Not exactly what I was wanting, but also not too bad for the price!

I just installed the same exact one! Decided to epoxy the fins on and take off the L brackets once it set
not sure about the screws, I think id rather just drill then put some bolt-nuts. It looks good tho I think I might just buy the same one

i want to do some sort of diy universal fit for my car...
they have a 1 on 1 one... but cost 200 euros, and mayb this one fits also with minor adjusting for 50 euroos...

You said the Aerofab isnt much different than this one , this is clearly for decoration only and I know Aerofabs prices , so if theyre both similar , plastic and non functional why spend all that extra money for the Aerofab ?
Idk if I meant it that way. Aerofabb isn't plastic, much better designed, better fit and more reputable company.
@@ColoredinLight Fair . Im looking at making my own or modifying an Amazon one , I have an mk5 gti and they don't make very many . Splitter gang probably has the nicest but being in Canada the conversion , shipping , taxes , duty takes it from $300 to over $600

How is this attached? I've got some eBay versions too but wanted to know how you attached it to the existing bumper. Self tappet screws or nut bolt?
