Good video. Someone in your comments has called the G42 "The best .380 on the planet...." I happen to agree. It is also the least snappy .380 on the planet. In my experience the recoil is down to nothing--amazing for a .380. Thanks for your review.
A excellent video on the glock 42 a lot of police carry it for a backup gun a used one is less money and easier to use because it was all went through everything if you could find one buy it they are hard to find 💯 👍
Enjoyed the video. This is my daily pocket carry and I’ve owned about all the little 380’s. The Glock just works for me and has the least felt recoil of all of them. Yeah, it’s not the smallest but I’m okay with that…still pocketable. My wife also has a G42 she keeps in her car just in case. She shoots it very well!
G42. The best .380 on the planet, so I bought two of them. I carry two spare magazines with me when I vacation in Hawaii. It’s the perfect concealed carry gun with board shorts, flip flops and a tank top. I love that gun.
@@igor0155 👍. I’ll see your Beretta 1934 and raise you with a Beretta 84 Cheetah. It had way better ergos, is more pleasant to shoot and offers the double stack magazine for more rounds. If one doesn’t like that, one could substitute for the 85 model which is a single stack.
@@colt10mmsecurity68 yeah 84 is a tough piece of hardware. Still in my opinion, its hard to beat the original (34). And dont forget about the walther PP. Glock ain't a bad gun but it doesn't come close to one of those three
The easier it is to rack (in tiny guns), the harder it will be to shoot. You actually want a firmer spring so it somewhat shoots flatter… p365 380 is easier to rack and harder to control. …
My first gun was the Glock 19, which now serves a home defense. Later I picked up the 43X, with Shield Arms mag. While a good EDC option, it is mainly my vehicle gun. For less expensive practice, I use a Glock 44. Being smaller in stature and living in Florida heat, I find that the most comfortable EDC option is pocket carry. For about 5 years, that EDC has been the Taurus Spectrum, which was very reliable for me. However, this year I finally picked up the Glock 42, which is just slightly larger than my Spectrum. However, it is clearly more accurate and has the great reliability of my other Glocks. I installed MagGuts spring/follower in my Glock 42 magazine, giving it 7 rounds in the same space, yielding 7 +1. For pocket carry, I use the Sticky holster, which is very thin, but covers the trigger and allows easy draw from my pocket. For my spare mag, I installed Strike Industries EMP +2, which gives 8 rounds, plus allows all fingers to grip the 42. The key to 380 is the right ammo, which, for me, is either Fiocchi Extrema XPT or Hornady XPT. I range practice, nearly every week, cycling and average of 300 rounds with 9mm (the 19 or 43X), LR22 (the 44) and 380 (now the 42). With 7 + 1 in my 42, along with an 8 round spare mag, I find the Glock 42 to be a great EDC option for me.
Well first I don’t sell firearms 2nd technically you could but the weapon would 1 have to be California legal and 2 would have to be transferred from a ffl in the state you were buying in to a ffl to the state you live in and you would have to get it from them that’s the only legal way to do it…again I do not sell guns at all

2nd or runner up to the Sig P238 HD...now that gun is a SMOOTH ACCURATE 380...and built to last 2 lifetimes!
The new Ruger Security 380 has taken that crown and it holds 15 rounds

I bought a 2 round mag extender from NDZ. Fits the hand perfect. Nice carry gun.
Put a Hogue Handall grip on there and it feels perfect.

He said overall length is 5.49 inches but it's 5.94 inches . No big deal but just for clarification .
Thanks for your review.
