About InfraSpace:
Produce Everything you Consume
Out on the edges of human space, you can't build a city by spending credits. Instead, you'll have to put your first astronauts to mining work and get some raw materials. Once you have some iron, carbon, sand, and sulfur, it's time to set up your first steel mill and concrete factory to start laying down some infrastructure. Even necessities like food and oxygen require a steady production chain that must not be broken!
Transport Infrastructure
InfraSpace simulates every. single. car. Each resource you ever produce needs to be transported to a factory for processing and each product needs to go to a habitat for consumption. Your road network can handle a lot, but without your oversight it will grind to a halt and drown in traffic eventually. Build highways, roundabouts, and multi lane roads to ensure the production heart of the city keeps beating.
Population Growth
Your first colonists will be astronauts, the best and the bravest humanity has to offer. Give them food and shelter and they'll keep your outpost running no matter what. As your settlement grows, you need to cover the increasing workload by employing scientists and engineers, which require a few more creature comforts. Any city of sufficient size will sooner or later be home to more and more families as well, so make sure your schools can handle it and you are able to deliver the latest VR-edutainment products as well.
You don't have to play hard
Traffic management can be fickle and survival can be tough. You can adjust the difficulties of both to make your city management experience as easy - or as hard - as you want it to be.

Yeah, we should continue, BUT one big tip : leave some space between the level 1 roads and the buildings, it will be much easier to upgrade the roads afterwards :)

Just so you know, to make a traffic cycle: Make a square and then click the top/bottom roads, an icon will appear to make the corners rounded. click that for all four corners and the circle will be made. The cycle works just like City Skylines.

I imagine that all future intersections will have complex mapping like this video, for automated cars. However, if I drive my classic car, and the enforcement of the rules is also automated with cameras, then I’m going to have a lot of tickets to pay off :( nobody’s perfect

Everything goes to a house when it’s complete. Nothing leaves a house
You need 1 ways through the whole process.
Make a entrance flow of materials (from natural nodes or basic products from sub-sites)
Then have them flow into an “internal city roundabout” and get to where they need.
Throw in exits to go to houses when products are done.
Play it like satisfactory haha if you have stuff going against the flow, it gets blocked fast.
Be careful later on when you turn on a new research 🤣

So, in theory the moment you start you could set up every single basic production thing and then level up your science. Then level your production. Then level up your science. Etc etc
Finally! An efficient minded person playing! Charlie Pryor is great, but he hates grids. RCE is great, but he's just futzing around. Time for some maximum efficiency.

I just got satisfactory, almost completed t6, now this ,neat, and you , you, you, I gotta do the inflections you do when you say "hypatube" "compUter" jerk I love it lol, and I am a concrete finisher, IRL, concrete is made with 4 ingredients, water, sand, aggregate and cement, anything about real concrete , shout at me..
kibitz the production chains will get very complicated in the mid to late game with balancing all the resources and also traffic, it is also hard to get things to work consistently and stable but with your experience from other games believe that you will figure it out

I thought I had this game but a search of my Steam library did not find it. I have a game called Per Aspra and I think this is that game. It appears that when Per Aspra came out of Early Acces they changed the name.

It doesn't, but it totally could! There are proposals to use all the sulfur waste from petrochemical refining to make sulfur concrete, aka thiocrete, which uses sulfur instead of reconstituted limestone as the binder. Wouldn't be quite as strong as real concrete and fire could melt it, but it has some major advances too, notably that it can be applied molten like asphalt, with a short cooling time rather than a long curing time. Aside from sulfur supply, the biggest obstacle is coming up with an additive that keeps the sulfur in its stronger amorphous form, rather than crystallizing and becoming powdery.
There actually are proposals to use thiocrete for building on Mars, because Mars has sulfur but no limestone.

if u had no gypsum in the environment and some calcium or magnesium silicates i guess u could make 'concrete' out of 'sand', sulfur and oxygen, however that's not how it's being made on industrial scale;
then again u can't expect straight transfer of industrial methods from earth to another planets with possibility of quite different resource composition

I did it ones and it ruined my game i needed to restart it bc there are not enough workers so then the habitats don’t get foor etc and then the people don’t want to move in and so on and so on
