Woooow this was the hardest core workout I've ever done. This was so intense compared to doing a bunch of different workouts and more reps. Super grateful for this core practice and I will definitely be using it again. Perfect length for busy people!
a lot of "ab" workouts come with music and beeping and all those bells and whistles, I like that yours maintains a peaceful vibe, and that the moves are strengthening for postures. great work
This was fantastic and very effective. I did this in addition to a 30 minute class and it was a great push at the end of my practice. So sweaty and shaky by the end, it feels great. I'll be coming back to this many times. Thanks Josh!
One of my favourite UA-cam classes / videos. Started doing these regularly over a year ago! So good =) core feels much stronger, back feels supported/stronger too. Plus getting a few comments here and there!

Those spank up and down pose is a killer. It was so hard couldn't do the second set. But hold it as plank instead. Was worth it. Thank you.
