I had to really think about it, and it was insane searching for the perfect product (never again). The only method that works is consistency which involves having a structured method of incorporating moisture, conditioning, low manipulation, weekly washing. It's really that simple. I ignored all the distractions of rice water, onions(stinky!) inversion method (didn't want to fall on my head) co-washing and oh let's not forget to mention washing only your scalp and letting the shampoo run down your strands of hair(what!), my common sense told me I needed to wash ALL my hair. Lastly, ladies please continue to uplift and encourage one another. WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL AS IS.
Look at Jenn being consistent with the videos!👏🏽🥰 I'm sooo glad that I was able to learn how to properly care for my hair and scalp before I wasted years and tons of money on the questionable stuff that I started off with. You and LaToya were actually a big part of that when you tried/told us about the "no raw oils/butters"/Black Girl Curls. ❤️
I rubbed aloe vera plant on my hair and hunti, the little white pulp pieces stayed in my hair forever. Now no gimmicks or tricks. I shampoo, deep condition, maybe an oil, then styler.. that's it!!!
Because of being such a lazy natural, and due to how my mom taught me to care for my hair I avoided all but one of these methods/trends. The only one that got me was the inversion method. It made sense to me that getting more blood flow to the scalp could be beneficial. I didn't have to add any gunk to my hair, didn't have to sleep with wet or oily hair, and didn't have to have my hair stinky. But... after a while, the dizziness and vertigo set in. My inner ear was like "girl no".🤣🤣
I have not tried most of these trends. I love coconut oil, not just cause it is cheap. It works well for my hair as a prepoo. I also use castor oil to grow my edges
I tried the rice water rinse. I gave up when I made it and it started to stink like 3 days later. I also used to make oil blend and use castor oil(haitian here). I tried avocado mask. I mixed it with olive oil. I swore it worked. My hair would feel so soft after that, that I started using it as conditioner. But I stopped after a few weeks because I didn't have time to do it. I am a teacher, I really don't have time. So I started to simplify my wash days. I would wash, condition, apply leave-in conditioner and a cream and style. My style was a low bun that I would keep till next wash day. Then I stumbled upon the no oil, no butter hair care regimen. I contemplated it for weeks until I saw you doing it. You convinced me to try it and I never looked back since. Before I was losing a lot of hair every time I touched my hair. When I stopped using oil I started losing less hair little by little. I swear my hair has never been this long before. I am almost at bra length right now. I am never going back.
The woman with the itchy balding crown that kept using oils, yes this happened to me! Oils can clog pores and cause inflammation and itching (both cause hair loss). That's why most derms don't recommend it. Not everyone can handle it... I stopped and my scalp never itches like that now, and it is so HEALTHY. I feel bad for women still following the oil trend that are having this problem and haven't put 2 and 3 together.
wow that's insane! So happy you figured it out because that must have been awful. If one oil doesn't work, they suggest another which make it even more confusing
I still use clays and Ayurvedic on my scalp (from time to time) and skin (regularly) .I buy my products from an organic shop in Paris. The thing with those you’ve got to cleanse your hair and skin afterwards.
Your positive energy is coming across beautifully 😊😊😊 For me, it was trying diy’s ( I feel better knowing how to do something if I had to rather than making it part of my routine 🤣🤣🤣) Also, using a shampoo that was drying for my hair instead of a clarifying shampoo 😳😳Bad idea because my scalp was soooo itchy 😊😊
What the straight hair community went through over the process of millenniums, the natural hair community is doing in the span of like a decade. If you ever listen to those "ancient" hair histories and rituals and ingredients for straight hair people, they were out here with the eggs and dirt and fungi and hanging upside down craziness, just like us 😅. Some of these were straight cap though, like coming for sectioning; going from something smaller to larger is just common sense for anything, from business to projects, even to education.
I have been natural since 2013, and thankfully, I didn't get into a lot of these trends. I never really understood the LOC/LCO method. I did an overnight deep conditioner once and was like "NOPE". I also tried making my own deep conditioner but felt like too much work. I have done coconut oil, but the smell was just too strong to have in my hair till the next wash day. I did try shea butter on and off until about 2 years ago. Yes, i also believed in the hype about growth oils. It seemed like there was a new trend every couple of months.... oil rinse, okra rinse, onion rinses, vaginal cream, clay masks, cowashes only....
ALSO......a lot of people have jacked up hair due to hormonal imbalances and stress. So no matter what lotion and potion you put on your hair, it's still gonna break if your insides are jacked up from too much sugar and your stressful lifestyle. Hair grows from the inside out! In more ways than one.
The overnight deep conditioning and the GREENHOUSE METHOD! Honeyy I went to school with DC in my hair😂😂🥺🥺SCALP WAS BURRRRRNING! I also did water only!🤣🤣😔😔
Oh your read my reply to someone’s comment. But you gave a word at the end of this video. It is funny the things we used to do. I’m just glad most of us are set free from all those trends. Less is more with natural hair. My routine is simple and my hair is growing so no need to change anything
I tried rice water and egg and mayonnaise in my hair the first few months of my big chop😅. The only things I can vouch for from back then is the aloe vera plant, castor oil, neem powder and shea butter. I use them till this day. I was also obsessed with length check, I cut my hair because I got frustrated with my hair not showing length🙃 All I need is now is a good moisturizing leave in for my dry 4c hair high porosity. Cantu does nothing for me and I still have it from 2 years ago 😄
I'm glad I did all those things on my relaxed hair so I found out very quickly that none of those things actually worked. My hair still broke off and now I'm natural and know better. I shampoo, condition for 5 min or deep condition for max 20min and then style that's it. So simple You will never catch me doing anything more than that ever again. smh
Apple cider vinegar. I still use for cleansing my scalp as a treatment. Its gotten rid of any fungal issues I've had on my scalp from being relaxed and transitioning.
Bentonite clay, tea rinses, eggs + olive oil, flaxseed gel, peppermint oil on the scalp, and the one that had me in an absolute chokehold, whipped shea butter😭
I remember seeing a trichologist because my hair and scalp were having issues. She asked me why I liked using oils and butters and I said because their natural. Her response was, "So is arsenic!" 😳🤣🤣.
I have extremely dry hair, I also have extremely dry skin as well. So, I have to use butters. I actually stopped using oil and just use the LC method and I clarify every other month to start over fresh. I wash my hair every 2 weeks and remoisturized a week in. I also have to Deep condition every time I wash my hair but my routine is simplified. My hair is the longest it’s ever been.
Hi Jen. I actually called out one of these Nigerian Natural Hair UA-camrs for using an old picture of you as a "before" picture in a natural hair growth video. She blocked me😂🤣🤣😂🤣😂.
What!???? The nerves! Idk if it’s the same person but I took screenshots at the time! You not about to lie to the good people with MY pictures! I got receipts 😂
@@JennJackson for real..she been using your pictures for a long time. I think it's a bunch of natural hair UA-camrs doin that to prove a point. I’m 63 and I don’t have time nor the energy for the trends I’ve heard you mention. I struggled at first when I first big chopped. Having the barber cut of 14 inches plus of relaxed hair was traumatic… I just wore scarves when possible because I didn’t like my hair at all. I didn’t have a clue as to what I was doing. I used whatever leftover products my daughter had that didn’t work for her because I refused to be a product junkie. I got my hair cut again… lol I’m slowly learning how to twist my hair. I use shampoo or black soap. I condition one week and deep condition another time. I don’t use oil on my scalp, but I do use an oil (hempseed or grape seed) and water to twist my hair. If you young folks have any suggestions… help a sista out. And thanks 🙏🏽 😊
Lol, that's so funny. I missed the questionnaire. But no one said anything about cutting up an aloe vera leaf, and boiling them. #REALLY? After pricking myself about 3 times, that went out the window. But I still have Aloe Vera juice in the refrigerator. Lol. I used to buy every product, but now I have my staple. I'm using up my other products, and will stick with what works. I am no longer a kitchen magician. I still use oils and butters, and I grease my scalp, because I was raised that way. Lol. I love your videos. #HAPPYVLOGMAS
Facts! I bought the leaf and then never cut it after I watched a video about how you have to use a certain technique to remove the poison I was like nah I’m not risking it 🤷🏾♀️
Your video is fantastic! My sides hurt from laughing🤣😂🤣 I've been natural for over 13 years, so I remember all those crazy natural hair trends🥴 Unfortunately, I got sucked into some of them, such as the Baggy Method... left my hair with moisture overload, spongy and just nasty. Onion juice & rice water tried just once, agree with you, the smell...🤢 my nose and hair voted an out right no🤮 I'm thankful I didn't jump on the band wagon of - Monistat/Vagisil (vagina cream😵💫) for hair loss🤯... That's when I knew the natural hair community had gone 'stark raving mad'🙄😬🤣😂🤣 One you didn't mention...A trend, I am completely embarrassed to mentioned, in my early natural hair journey... Using 'Mane n' Tail' products... Cause surely if the horses have gorgeous, flowing manes & tails, my hair will be the same🤭 Err... no!!! You are not a horse!!!😏 It's amazing how we try to convince ourselves and listen to the crowd😆 Fortunately, I now have more sense and my hair regime is super simple - regular routine of washing my scalp with shampoo and deep condition, leave-in conditioner & style. I hear my scalp & hair tell me "Thank you, that's all I needed"🥰 My hair is way better & healthier without all those insane trends🙈
Henna and Ayurvedic herbs are a long haul kind of thing. I have very fine, low density hair and after a year of henna every 3 months, and an Ayurvedic mask once a month, my hair is sooooo much stronger and thicker and I can actually wear twist outs and wash and gos without feeling like I look like a trolli doll. You just gotta stick with it and trust the process.
Does anybody have a problem spending all their money on STAPLES? Not even new products but buying a bunch of what they know works! I can never buy enough Melanin HairCare😂😂😂 Also the Greenhouse Method still works wonders for me! Spray my twists with leave in throughout the week, seal with Melanin oil and leave the cap on for 30 mins. I have to let all my products warm up down to applying leave in in the shower with a cap after. My hair so soft all the time now lol!
See I don’t see that as a problem because you know that it works. My staple stash is so small but I buy a bunch especially for Black Friday. Because like when Jen read my comment it takes a lot for me to try new products now.
I do!! I’m buying up BM grease, African Royals BRX braid sheen, cholesterol protein treatment, and AJ’s hydrate me aloe and mint LC!! These things works for me and I’m sticking to it😀
Loool I love this...... 😂😂😂I laughed so much...... My African mum almost killed me for doing all sorts of crazy to my hair... The baggy method, co washing , sleeping with deep conditioner, washing my hair for hours and hours, Re-twisting my hair everyday withore Shea butter and water, my pillows drench of oil so I had to find an old cloth to tie my hair in each night I washed it..... Yes I did the rice water I did Tea rinses I did Vaseline and other grease products I did Okra gel 😂 I did mayo and eggs Using infused oils with herbs like... Thyme, Neem leaves, Ginger, onion and so on.... I washed with black soap n made black soap shampoo... By diluting in water.... even added more herbs n oils to the shampoo.... ....am sure this doesn't cover everything... just to tell u where am coming from when I thank the good lord for those stylists that are helping us and for Amazing influencers like you Jenn... helping us get our lives together. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
@@JennJackson Sis..... I was my own guinea pig 😂😂...... But seriously though.... You're a blessing.... U have no idea... I love you to bits... I watch everything u post. Keep doing what u do... n whatever else u venture into you have my FULL SUPPORT and ATTENTION!!!
I deep condition overnight because it's a good stopping point for me until I rinse, detangle, and style the next day. I will continue to be on the lookout for hygral fatigue, but so far so good. I will also continue to pre-poo primarily because I need to remove most of the shed hair, as my hair is combed at all in between wash days every 2-4 weeks. I never bought into shampoo scalp only/co-wash only/water cleansing because it makes no sense to try to deep condition hair with buildup on it. I was never into rice water etc -- too much work and stank for what a protein based conditioner can do better.
I couldn't understand why the loc method wasn't working for me. My hair was just so dry. But I did it for years thinking it's ok and maybe that's just how it is. I think my hair likes a butter. just started and so far so good. Oh and my hair hates coconut oil, it was so wiry after. Clove water broke my hair and ate my edges.
I’m definitely not hopping onto this no oils no butters tend. Not sure how y’all were using them but my hair loves oils and butters. I never put oil on my scalp tho. Since oil is naturally on my scalp. It makes since that that would cause build up. It’s my hair that doesn’t get much oil. If your hair is prone to build up then yeah butters are gonna be too heavy for your hair but if your hair is more porous then applying oils and butters to your hair can help it thrive. I understand where the no oils or butters trend comes from but some people actually need them
I also remember a girl doing egg masks and sitting under the dryer! Homegirl fried an entire egg on her scalp🤣🤣😔😔😔 I also remember eating PRE-NATAL vitamins! But i also recall white gals doing this🤣 Everyone was on it in my city !
Oh, I enjoyed this! 😅 No one should be offended. We must be able to laugh at the crazy, becauseit is all of us! 😬 I still have a few ayurvedic herbs left which I'm going to use up. Except for henna because it colours my grey hair and I don't want that anymore. 😍🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️
I did not do many of those trending hair methods besides cowash (it did not last long before I switched back). The inverted method seemed stupid to me but so many influencers were on it. Thank goodness I stuck to an easy regimen. I just have to deep condition again since I did stop for over two years (lazy).
i know no oil or butter is what is so true. when i wore my wrap she never used oil she wash conditioned deep conditioned when needed. so thats really been a thing for years think about it when you we went to beauti salon every two weeks my beautician made me so mad he put me under a machine that washed my hair, then no oils in my hair, but my hair was so beautiful it moved when i moved. then bac to oils when i went natural now no oils or butter one year like you, so yes my hair is healthy, but i have to get a professional trim or cut.. the cut makes all the difference, you have to have that cut all those thar agree say yay
I use sulfur 8 as well but only makes my scalp feel good for a few days and yet i dont use oil. I also tried clarifying shampoo and protein shampoo and ordinary shampoo still itches
@@africangamergirl3200 I use sulfur 8 light grease, i massage my scalp when it itches, it’s to help stimulate my hair growth and then it stops itching. But if that doesn’t work then you might need to try a new grease because your hair might be eating it up too fast

Wait, no one mentioned the chebe routine used by ladies from Chad? I don't think that quite took off like the other trends mentioned, however. Edit: Never mind, someone already mentioned it.
Hahaha!🤣 You are so funny girl. I have used most of those methods. I got burnt out from them all. I keep it simple girl. I spend so much money. Not anymore.
REALLY loved this one. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Love how u throw shade and make fun. It is much needed The way pple defend products and routines🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 whew. Thanks
Glad I stumbled on this video. I NEVER understood co-washing! Thanks for saying "the thing." I've been natural since 1999 when it wasn't "sway" & I thought that I'd been deprived because the information that exists NOW didn't exist early on. But, it turns out, I DIDN'T need it! Thanks Ladybug!
How about trims. I spent most of my 11 years being natural not getting a trim because I saw a lot of natural hair videos saying we don’t need trims because you can’t see the split ends in our hair Now that I’m relaxed I get trims every 10 weeks I go get my touch up and now my hair is flourishing. I wish o didn’t follow that trend when I was natural because my hair would been nice.
18:15 I did the castor oil challenge lol. I fell off. Now I can’t not apply it once a week & over my deep conditioning mask. Place a plastic cap on for 30 minutes
I had to laugh at some of these ridiculous haur growth applications. 🤣 and I tried a lot of them myself but now I realized that I was dope into actually failure. It shows you don't jump on the bandwagon of others foolishness. 🤣🤣
I never cowashed my hair or kept my deep condition in my hair long. But they have so much crazy stuff on here telling you to do this and that to your hair. It's crazy so I don't listen to anything that is said lol, its crazy 🤪.
I use ACV after washing and deep conditioning. I have hard water in my area so it really helps and my hair does feel refreshed and smooth after I use it.

All the rinses! Smh
Thinking back on all of this is so funny now 😂 I remember trying some of this stuff and feeling dumb!!
LOL right? the things we did in the name of hair growth
Roasting natural hair trends YES!!! We were too crazy with our hair lol, we need to laugh about it. Thanks a lot for that!!!
Thanks for watching x
The overnight deep conditioning and the GREENHOUSE METHOD! Honeyy I went to school with DC in my hair😂😂🥺🥺SCALP WAS BURRRRRNING! I also did water only!🤣🤣😔😔
NOT SCHOOL! I am sure I went out with it too as some point. The longer the better!
Oh your read my reply to someone’s comment. But you gave a word at the end of this video. It is funny the things we used to do. I’m just glad most of us are set free from all those trends. Less is more with natural hair. My routine is simple and my hair is growing so no need to change anything
The irony right? we did so much just to realize less is more x
I tried rice water and egg and mayonnaise in my hair the first few months of my big chop😅. The only things I can vouch for from back then is the aloe vera plant, castor oil, neem powder and shea butter. I use them till this day. I was also obsessed with length check, I cut my hair because I got frustrated with my hair not showing length🙃
All I need is now is a good moisturizing leave in for my dry 4c hair high porosity. Cantu does nothing for me and I still have it from 2 years ago 😄
The hydrate me aloe and mint leave in by Aunt Jackie’s is amazing!
I'm glad I did all those things on my relaxed hair so I found out very quickly that none of those things actually worked. My hair still broke off and now I'm natural and know better. I shampoo, condition for 5 min or deep condition for max 20min and then style that's it. So simple
You will never catch me doing anything more than that ever again. smh
Me neither! I am happy to keep it simple
Thanks for sharing!!
I still use the LOC method because that works for me
Thanks for sharing x
Why they can't use their own pictures, I will never understand. I think it's important that you call them out so they can stop, Sis. What they are doing is wrong. God's speed and blessings ❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗
My hair doesn’t like oils. I realized using a leave in conditioner and a styling cream was all my hair needed
Thanks for sharing x
I tried cowashing twice and knew it was a no go!! Yes rice water was stinky and everybody use to complain about the smell!!
Your short hair is gorgeous on you! ❤
Thank you. Love it!
Facts! I bought the leaf and then never cut it after I watched a video about how you have to use a certain technique to remove the poison I was like nah I’m not risking it 🤷🏾♀️
Just too much!
Your video is fantastic! My sides hurt from laughing🤣😂🤣
I've been natural for over 13 years, so I remember all those crazy natural hair trends🥴 Unfortunately, I got sucked into some of them, such as the Baggy Method... left my hair with moisture overload, spongy and just nasty. Onion juice & rice water tried just once, agree with you, the smell...🤢 my nose and hair voted an out right no🤮
I'm thankful I didn't jump on the band wagon of - Monistat/Vagisil (vagina cream😵💫) for hair loss🤯... That's when I knew the natural hair community had gone 'stark raving mad'🙄😬🤣😂🤣
One you didn't mention...A trend, I am completely embarrassed to mentioned, in my early natural hair journey... Using 'Mane n' Tail' products... Cause surely if the horses have gorgeous, flowing manes & tails, my hair will be the same🤭 Err... no!!! You are not a horse!!!😏
It's amazing how we try to convince ourselves and listen to the crowd😆
Fortunately, I now have more sense and my hair regime is super simple - regular routine of washing my scalp with shampoo and deep condition, leave-in conditioner & style.
Ah good to know - thanks for sharing
These things works for me and I’m sticking to it😀
Awesome video Jenn! So crazy to think that we did all that stuff 👀😆
Honestly! Looking back, I laugh at all the things I truly believe were it!
Yes I did the rice water
I did Tea rinses
I did Vaseline and other grease products
I did Okra gel 😂
I did mayo and eggs
Using infused oils with herbs like...
Wow girl you did it all!
@@JennJackson
Sis..... I was my own guinea pig 😂😂......
But seriously though.... You're a blessing.... U have no idea...
I love you to bits... I watch everything u post. Keep doing what u do... n whatever else u venture into you have my FULL SUPPORT and ATTENTION!!!
4C Only is great & moisturizing.
The Vicks took me out 😭😭😭 didn't see that coming
I forgot all about that lmao
I deep condition overnight because it's a good stopping point for me until I rinse, detangle, and style the next day. I will continue to be on the lookout for hygral fatigue, but so far so good. I will also continue to pre-poo primarily because I need to remove most of the shed hair, as my hair is combed at all in between wash days every 2-4 weeks. I never bought into shampoo scalp only/co-wash only/water cleansing because it makes no sense to try to deep condition hair with buildup on it. I was never into rice water etc -- too much work and stank for what a protein based conditioner can do better.
I’ve made my own flaxseed gel and my Latina friend with wavy hair turned me on to that. I’ve tried castor oil.
Keep them coming Jenn! Another great video!
Thank you! Will do!
I completely agree! Really good videos
Great content as always where u get that sweater from Lil Sis??
Right?!? That sweater is gorgeous!!!!
It was a gift! 😫
@Jenn Jackson Dangggg Jenn its cuteeee. Thanks for replying Love!
I understand where the no oils or butters trend comes from but some people actually need them
and I respect your decision
Omg, I tried the black tea rinse. And yes, I out egg in my hair as a protein treatment. Don’t come for me. I’ve learned my lesson
lmao we all did!
The lip combo jen… THE LIP COMBO MA’AMMMM
I neeeeddddd it lol pls give details 😂
Hi Girl! You're alot of fun, you always make me laugh-I never tried rice water either. Does it stink? I believe you Jen lol i dodged a bullet hah!!!
I also remember a girl doing egg masks and sitting under the dryer! Homegirl fried an entire egg on her scalp🤣🤣😔😔😔
I also remember eating PRE-NATAL vitamins! But i also recall white gals doing this🤣 Everyone was on it in my city !
OMG THE PRENATALS!!!!! How can we forget! Biotin too lmao
Oh, I enjoyed this! 😅 No one should be offended. We must be able to laugh at the crazy, becauseit is all of us! 😬
I still have a few ayurvedic herbs left which I'm going to use up.
I used a protein shampoo and it doesn’t really do much but I use sulfur 8
I use sulfur 8 as well but only makes my scalp feel good for a few days and yet i dont use oil. I also tried clarifying shampoo and protein shampoo and ordinary shampoo still itches
@@africangamergirl3200 I use sulfur 8 light grease, i massage my scalp when it itches, it’s to help stimulate my hair growth and then it stops itching. But if that doesn’t work then you might need to try a new grease because your hair might be eating it up too fast
I love your video s from hair to your trips with friends your brother your sister inlaw which you did a great job, i have watched all your video s never boring. thank you
Wait, no one mentioned the chebe routine used by ladies from Chad? I don't think that quite took off like the other trends mentioned, however.
Edit: Never mind, someone already mentioned it.
Hahaha!🤣 You are so funny girl. I have used most of those methods. I got burnt out from them all. I keep it simple girl. I spend so much money. Not anymore.
REALLY loved this one. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Love how u throw shade and make fun. It is much needed The way pple defend products and routines🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 whew. Thanks
Lol natural hair can be a sensitive subject 😅
Great video 😅 very funny 😂❤
Onion juice is supposed to actually be good for the hair, but I can't make myself try it 😵💫. Great video!
I’ll eat it in my all meals and all it a day. Nothing like some sautéed onions 😝
I love the smell of coconut oil, but it's SO drying for my hair 😢
What about Chebe powder? Yes I’ve used it in my deep conditioner
Oh I hadn't used that one either. It got too much as some point lol
Oh I didn't see this comment before posting.
Yeah coconut oil was not it for me
Glad I stumbled on this video.
You skipped a whole lot!
How about trims.
I spent most of my 11 years being natural not getting a trim because I saw a lot of natural hair videos saying we don’t need trims because you can’t see the split ends in our hair
Now that I’m relaxed I get trims every 10 weeks I go get my touch up and now my hair is flourishing. I wish o didn’t follow that trend when I was natural because my hair would been nice.
Thanks for a great laugh! The more I oiled and buttered my scalp, the more inflammed and itchy it got and the more oil I added! Lol!!
A vicious cycle I tell ya
I really enjoyed this video! 🤣🤣..
How you read Potato juice got me 😂😂😂😂😂
Lmaooo I had to go read up on it real quick ❤️❤️
Question! What are you wearing on your lips? I wanna buy that color for myself 😅
18:15 I did the castor oil challenge lol. I fell off. Now I can’t not apply it once a week & over my deep conditioning mask. Place a plastic cap on for 30 minutes
Did chop your hair again?
Or is it shrinkage?
Oh damn. I did the baggy method. I forgot about that
I had to laugh at some of these ridiculous haur growth applications. 🤣 and I tried a lot of them myself but now I realized that I was dope into actually failure. It shows you don't jump on the bandwagon of others foolishness. 🤣🤣
Coconut oil did my hair BAD! And it broke me out badly. I said never again.
Oh no!
I got caught up in some of these crazy things to. SMH!!!
I still deep condition for hours. 😩😩
and that's okay as long as it brings you joy girl
The short hair is giving🙌🏽😁😍…You come alive with it short…I’m just saying 😉😏
I’m so happy I never tried the trends.
Chile using raw honey on my hair is how I found out I was allergic
Oh no!
1. Shampoo, condition + Bathe = 30-40 min
2. Detangle/Style (wash-n-go) 1½hours
3. Detangle/Style (three-strand twist) 2-3 hours
4. And I'm done.
I never cowashed my hair or kept my deep condition in my hair long. But they have so much crazy stuff on here telling you to do this and that to your hair. It's crazy so I don't listen to anything that is said lol, its crazy 🤪.
Right? So many videos unfortunately and all of these "methods" and I feel new influencers are just copying and pasting as well.
This was good
How dare! Jenn, you are the after photo
😂
What's her nationality her accent all over the place😅
Ima citizen of the world 🙈
I use ACV after washing and deep conditioning. I have hard water in my area so it really helps and my hair does feel refreshed and smooth after I use it.
Ah interesting… people typically use it before washing no?
LOL I still prepoo. I need it for my detangling process primarily.
