If you're wondering why this episode was made again: my video was being flagged for the typical copyright bullshit, so I decided to take the opportunity to remake it with some minor edits, and to add some higher quality footage. Stay tuned for episode 7!

Why are you being flagged? I see no reason for it. It can't be the music because you're still using it. Was it for game footage? It seems suspicious if that's the reason considering there are thousands if not millions of nba clips already on UA-cam. Maybe you're being targeted. You're the only uploader who presents facts when it comes to Kobe and maybe some haters can't handle it. Can anyone just flag any uploader?

You should do a video featuring Kobe embarrassing Portland's Ruban Patterson way back in 2001 and 2002. Dude had the nerve to proclaim himself the "Kobe Stopper". Lol hilarious. Kobe hit 2 of his most famous buzzer beaters in his grill.

Kirilenko very underrated; he blocked not just Kobe but Shaq and stole plays from them as well.

Agreed, he blocked Kobe 4 times in one game. Probably the only player ever to do that

@Ralph Wiggam Yep, AK was such a freakishly talented defender. He's Only 1 of 2 players 6'9 or under to average over 3 blocks a game (the other is Ben Wallace). Also, only 1 of 2 players with 3 or more 5x5 in a career (the other is Hakeem Olajuwon). He was also an amazing passer, great at steals and rebounds, and had a decent shot. He hustled on the court tremendously, and was a very humble player. Overall a great talent, he was/is my favorite player!

@@bryant475 there is a simple reason why this is so... Basketball players are Lazy... Their cardio conditioning are poor. That is why they are unable to sustain high performance on defense over longer periods, they save energy playing less intense defense and use it on offense.
Kobe peeped that. This is why him practising more than other players gave him the advantage. He was about it.
This is why post Kobe Bryant KL shall carry the torch. The media tells the truth in a deceptive way. Oh KL is the Best 2 way player. Isnt basketball about defense and offense? So the best 2 way player has to be the best basketballer.

@@maiback4491 That's part of it, yeah- endurance/hustle/effort. Speaking of Kobe, it was great watching AK defend Kobe, he was one of the only players who could really bother him. He once blocked Kobe 4 times in 1 game! But yeah agreed, putting in the work makes a big difference and most players don't have that intensity about them. I would still put MJ above Kobe though! Also, who's KL?

@@bryant475 you actually saw thw game love where AK excuted that defensesive feat.? That is part of basketball all players get blocked ball stolen at a time. I enjoy it. It is can sustain the most.

*Are you Shaq's sidekick? "Yes, for sure"-kobe.. Shaq carried kobe*
    2000 finals
    Shaq: 38ppg/16.7reb/2.7blk/.611fg%
kobe: 15ppg/4reb/4ast/.360fg% and missed one game
**Shaq Final MVP 1 kobe 0**
-Shaq was the number 1 option and faced Double/Triple Teams. He was guarded by Rik Smith/Davis Bros. kobe was single covered against Rose/Miller (34)
-Shaq won the Regular Season MVP (one vote short becoming unanimous MVP)
    *2001 Finals*
    Shaq: 33ppg/15.8reb/3.4blk/.573fg%
    kobe: 24ppg/6reb/5ast/.410fg%
**Shaq Final MVP 2 kobe 0**
-Shaq faced the Defensive Player of Year, Mutombo (33) and faced Double/Triple Teams. kobe was single covered. kobe try to guard Iverson, he got torched. Phil turned to Ty Lue (Bench Player) to guard AI.
*2002 Finals (Refs rigged game 6 WCF for the lakers)*
    Shaq: 36.3ppg/12.3reb/2.8blk/.599fg%
    kobe: 26ppg /5reb/5ast/.510fg%
**Shaq Final MVP 3 kobe 0**
-Shaq was still the number 1 option faced Keyton Martin/Jason Collins and still faced Double/Triple Teams. kobe was single covered by Kidd.
*2004 Finals, When kobe try to be the number 1 option*
    Shaq: 27ppg/10.8reb/.6 blk/.631fg%
    kobe: 22ppg/2.8reb/.380fg%/.170 3fg%
    **lakers lost in five**
-lakers lost because kobe became a ball hog and "kobrick". Shaq shot .631fg% vs kobe's .380fg% and .170 3fg%.. Clearly, Shaq was more efficient. Phil called kobe "uncoachable" and quit after the finals.
    **Finals Stats or Playoffs Stats?**
-Finals Stats >>> Playoff stats; don't care about 1st/2nd round matchups.
-4 Straight Finals, Shaq had much better numbers and 3 Finals MVPs.
    - It's was Shaq's team. He was always Double/Triple Team and the number 1 option. kobe admitted being the "sidekick" and "play a supporting role".
    **Shaqs Free Throws**
-He made when it counted. Nothing like Nick Anderson in 95 NBA Finals Game 1.
-2000 Finals Game 2 kobe left the game. Shaq led the team to victory n hit some clutch FT.
-2000 Finals Game 4 kobe had a good OT (Shaq FO), kobe's first good game in the series. He scored 14, 2, 0 before game 4. Meanwhile, Shaq had 43, 40, 33 and still lead the team in scoring with 36. kobe had 8 pt in game 5.
**Shaq 1st Three Years in the League**
-1993 Shaq nearly made it to the playoff (missed it due to tie breaker with Indiana.)
-1994 Made the Playoff. Drafted Penny (3rd pick) came off the bench at the start.
-1995 Shaq beat "The Goat" (Michael Jordan) and went to the Finals.
**kobes First Three Years after Shaq**
-2005 Didn't make the playoffs in his Prime.. played with Odom/Caron Butler/Grant
-2006 Lost in the First Round in his Prime.. choked a 3-1 lead. Shaq/Wade won the title
-2007 Lost in the First Round in his Prime.. Shaq ask kobe "Tell me how my ass taste". kobe cried to Steven A. Smith to be traded.
-Only until Hall Famer, Pau Gasol (one of the best PF in the league) joined the lakers, Bryumn became a Allstar Starting Center and had Ariza/Atrest. he past the 1st round.
-2010 Finals Game 7 kobe shot 6/26, 0/6 3fg and was saved by Atrest's Game Winner. People can say he got carried. For me, he won the FMvp.

Hillary for Prison. FeelTheBern No one wants to copy and paste such idiocy. Pau never got out of the first round of the playoffs before he teamed up with Kobe. Bynum was only an All Star for one season(2012) and was injured and ineffective everytime they went to the Finals(2008-2010).
A guy averages 26 a game in the Finals and he's being carried? LOL. I also like how you conveniently leave out the fact that when Shaq played with Kobe, Kobe always had the ball in his hands in clutch situations because Shaquille's was so bad at free throws that he was a liability.
Not only are you a hater, but it's obvious that you didn't watch those games. Using the box scores and revisionist history to try and discredit one of the all time greats?..
      simply pathetic...

    • @kingkobun81

Hillary for Prison. FeelTheBern not denying that it was Shaq's team, but Kobe averaged 24 - 26 ppg in the Finals and people say he was being carried? That's laughably bad analysis.
Look at the Western Conference Finals and Semis. Kobe annihilated the Kings and the Spurs.
2000 2nd Round game 2. Kobe hit the game winner.
2000 Finals. Jalen Rose intentionally injured Kobe. Remember when Shaq fouled out in OT of game 4? Who put the Lakers ahead?
Don't try to rewrite history that's already documented bro.

    • @bidenhatesblacksandmexican3362
      @bidenhatesblacksandmexican3362 7 років тому

Shaq was double and triple team. Kobe hasn't the number one option and he faced single coverage. Shaq was the most dominant player that time.
Shaq made his free throws when it counted. Don't remember a game when they lost it in the line. There is no game that sticked out.
2000 finals: final mvp was so dominant 38 pt /16 rebounds and kobe missed 1 1/2 game.
Shaq is batman and kobe is robin.
