My watch battery died after about 10 years. I bought batteries for it today, and couldn't figure out how to change it. This video explained it well. Thanks.
Thank you very much for this well done tutorial. Before I watched the video, I opened up my watch and took it apart much more than I had to and couldn't get it to work until I watched this video so that I could see how the parts that I messed up could be correctly put back together. Thank you very very much for this video.
Man I kept on taking the whole thing apart because I could figure out the clips to the battery haha. Took me an to sandwich everything back together to find that the positive 3 little legs were placed back wrong. Thanks for this video sir!
Thank you! This helped me so much I was lost when pieces started falling apart. Just the reassurance I had the battery in the right way and where things are located was huge.
i am curious. i just bought a new one from walmart as the one i had brokk physically. everything works, but the indiglow light seems to not contrast quite right. it is bright. but it almost seems like the contrast betweent he blue light and the digital display gets dim when i press t unless i look at it from a little more of a distance. does anyone know what this is? is it the battery? is there a setting on the watch that you can change this?
Thank you very much for an excellent tutorial. I had Casio watches years ago and they were so much easier to change a battery. I'm off to the store to find a CR 2016 battery.:)
I tried to get that stupid metal piece off with every jewelry tool I had and none worked the second I tried to do it with a push pin it popped right off should of watched this video 30 minutes ago

Can't get the screws out - where can I get the tool(s) you used?
You can purchase from eBay or Amazon, good luck.
Excellent Video, it was the first one that showed how to remove the clip holding the battery in place.
Thank you very much.

Yeah, make some $$$. Too bad didn't copped.
You were a lifesaver. I couldn't figure out how to get those clips.
Cool, thanks.
I was going to have the battery replaced by a watch shop, but after watching this video, I should be able to do it myself. Super easy!!!
You can do it!
I couldn't find the information anywhere so this was very helpful. Thanks for the upload. from Japan

The video is an excellent tutorial. I opened the watch but didn't understand removing the label or the locks for removing the retainer.
