Many thanks for this video. I was apprehensive about doing it thinking I might damage the band, and mine was only a little too big but was sliding down my wrist when it was cold. Followed your instructions and it worked a treat, no damage and now fits perfectly!

You are very welcome and thank you for the comment.
Though I hate the notion of paying $5-10 for a jeweler to do it, this and similar vids taught me not to try it on my own.
So helpful. I was worried I’d warp some of the pieces but the tutorial made it easy
Glad I could help!
Thank you, I'm a kid so my wrists are small, and this helped a ton. You're the best!
Happy to help!
This vid came in super clutch! Thank you! Now I can really love this watch
The best video on this subject!! Thank you so much!!
Wow, thank you!
what is the name of the blue tool you're using in the video?
It's a prying plastic tool that I got for Free when buying an iPhone LCD panel.
Thank you! This walk through worked perfectly.
You're welcome!
How’s the gold finish on it? Does it chip or fade?
Pretty good, the one shown in the video bought it many years ago.
This is a really good video. Thanks for posting it.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Yo macdaddy, great vid, mind me asking what tools you used/ where you purchased then from?
Thanks!
I bought my tools on eBay.
I am willing to toss my watch band in the trash if it is not adjustable. If my band has no pins to adjust that are easily accessible is it a cheapie?
Follow the video then you can do it, good luck.
Thanks so much!!!
You are very welcome.
Why would anyone make it so difficult to adjust a watch band???
This takes too long. Can you show me how to adjust my wrist size? 🤔
Ja pierdole... Ile pierdolenia. Good work.
Cut your finger nails
Thank you so much!
You're welcome!
