Looking forward to seeing part 3, these muppets definetely should not get off with abusing their powers, keep up the good work AB, it just lets us all see how ridiculous our police force can be 👏👏
This is outrageous. They’re making it so difficult to get something that they’re legally required to give you. They’re also making it impossible to get what you’re entitled to without providing personal information that you’re not obliged to provide. Not only are they wasting your time, but they’re also wasting public resources by making it such a long winded process that wastes the time of multiple constables/ police staff (and still you didn’t get your record!). One thing the police are good at is being inefficient. If they can’t provide a search record on the spot, they need an organised system in place so people don’t have to keep going through this rigmarole.
They just blame it on the victims, since that's the easiest thing for them to do and that's what they were trained to do as well. It all makes sense now!
I think I'm right in saying they found no ID at Morrissons, and the name was refused. So they are left either with no record at all of the detain and search, or they have some record based on date, time and location. Also the outstanding question of, if no ID was found, why did the cops walk away after the search? If we believe their story, then he could still have been the person they were looking for. If all we need do to avoid punishment is not have ID, then we're all going to have a jolly nice time of it!
When my son was younger him and his friends were hounded from pillar to post by the police. They were good boys just standing outside a shop was enough to get lifted. The time he was picked up with his friends and taken to the station, when I picked him up he had been held against a radiator by the police officers and had been burned. We tried to fight it but all the cameras at station apparently had broken down and pictures were fuzzy.🏴🏴

The woman on the desk epitomises the police. She was friendly enough I suppose, but really didn't give a sh*t. She knew full well that you were going to take legal action against her employer, and she didn't care. They don't care because the compo comes straight from the taxpayer, and there are no consequences for them. Meanwhile we're left to pay increasingly higher tax for a piss poor police service
Its not like the tax money goes into the police back pockets. Its distributed between all emergency services. Lets be real the woman done her best to stay professional. Its extremely hard to contact someone if they have no name or contact information 😂😂
'The most searched bag in the UK!!' I died laughing. Send the emergency services please!!! Seriously, that service counter officer is a disgrace, she simply noting she cannot give you the record ignores the failure of the officers to comply with TVP and MET policy days after the incident. Truly disgraceful people in most interactions.
After watching part 1 of this debacle, I'd be willing to bet a lifetime's work in Behavioural Science that there was nobody being looked for and they searched you simply because of their hurt butts. The clusters of behaviour all 4 of them were exhibiting every time they mentioned that you looked like someone they were searching for showed nothing but deception. The fact that there's no search record just confirms my suspicions. Go get 'em AB.
I don’t want to sound like a Karen but this is absolutely disgusting. The detaining officer or officers have obviously not documented the search and tried to pass it off as you weren’t the person they were looking for so nothing is needed. Horrendous behaviour, get em AB 💪🏽
Young officer is so helpful, I'm sure he knows AB and had watched part 1, and he was humbled to happen to be in this video, very helpful young officer right there 😊
So let me get this right. They have a computer system where you presumably log the date, time, location and arresting officer. You can also give your personal details, but that must be optional on the system because lawfully, you don't have to give them. But the only search option on the system is the optional private details. Absolute BS. Our freedoms are being taken away from us right under our noses. Keep up the good work AB. We all need to write letters of complaint after watching these documentaries.
the police are clueless about thier own procedures , they are a waste of public money. Time to sack them all and start again , the same applies to politicians
The fact she could have just said "no worries sir, I see whats gone wrong here, I will email the officer involved and get him to create a search record relating to this incident and you can come back and collect it if you wish" just shows how incompetent and corrupt these people are
@@andrewstratford4753shrugging and saying I haven’t got it when it’s a legal entitlement and you’re the public point of contact isn’t enough. Suggesting as an alternative that the officers who abused their powers should be able to directly contact the individual who’s had their rights infringed is even worse, who would want that? She needs to do more legwork to establish what’s failed and how it can be rectified on their end rather than putting onus or further pressure on the individual
can we just acknowledge how sweet the young police officer who settled everything calmly was and went out of his way to gather information and was extremely patient.
It's mind boggling; officers are at the building, yet the front desk isn't open! That driver really didn't want to help even though he should have. The others only started helping once they realised they couldn't get rid of you. A procedural nightmare that they shouldn't be allowed to get away with.
5:05 If he said AB's real first name, then he's just let slip that the whole station knows who AB is. So he's just put his colleagues in deep doo doo because it shows that they knew who AB was all the time. And it shows that they detained AB because they wanted to retaliate and try and win one over him. It's a double failure on their part. They don't win, they lose instead, both money and the argument.
And if it was a name mentioned to try and identify AB then that was a failure on his part since he's broken data protection rules since he used the name of someone other than AB.
Then the other officer who divulged to a member of the public who AB was broke GDPR. Just because AB has a channel doesn’t mean he wants his face pointed out to the public. That was disgusting. I wish AB would complain because such info is important, if in the future that cop does it again the victim can prove it’s a pattern of behaviour.
A shining example of a newly trained officer. Looks about 12 stood with hands in pockets. National service needed I think. Today's police force, complete waste of space.
Many years ago when I served in the military, we discussed national service with a couple of officers (Captain and Major). We realised very quickly, that we didn't want it. We had enough trouble with the ones that actually wanted to be there.
To be fair, he offered help and then was called an 'idiot' and shouted at. You want to play silly buggers (of course they know who you are as you live locally and have a reasonably well known UA-cam channel etc.) so it works both ways ..

"All our police stations are closed & we never answer the phone or go on the beat. Sorry about that. But if you absolutely insist on disturbing us by wanting to talk to a police officer just go to any public place and start filming.'

The deliberate attempts to prevent you from having an official record of the the police interactions is truly difficult to comprehend. They MUST be held accountable for their outrageous behaviour and they should be severely disciplined for their blatant attempts to make you just give up and go away. He started off ok. But when AB came back at 2pm and the cop that searched him did not want to speak to AB he was more than happy to lie to AB and pretend he wasn't there and wouldnt be coming in at all (even though he was due to).
Credit to the police force 😂 He went to find the information and failed to find the information. He kept talking over the other fella. Arrogant, overconfident, inefficient homosexual teenage boy band member. So yeah, ironically he probably is a credit to the embarrassment that is the police force.

Do you ever get the feeling they don’t want you to proceed with the claim, everything put in the way to block it, so where is the search record or are the police now just ignoring any official paperwork. Good video AB.👏👏
Well personally I hope TVP gives AB some money to keep him and his family in fish and chips or T bone/ fillet steaks for the next month, plus a bit of petrol money for all the running about to get his search record . Further to that I hope those four officers are throughly ashamed of themselves for this skullduggery ( and subsequent shenanigans)and are asked to write out one hundred times in their own time , “I must never, I repeat never, perform stop and searches based merely on a hunch, or just to get that persons identity.

YO AB! Great follow up from Part 1 I some had a feeling the four who searched you were going to be on back shift 😂I also suspect that they weren't expecting to see you back so soon! Keep Going Brother 💪
To solve the issue of the recording cutting out when you receive a call, you could activate call divert or put your phone in airplane mode. Not ideal but an option at least.
The moral of the story - Ensure you receive on the spot all necessary paperwork from any police interaction It will be mission impossible to get it after especially if the Police have broken the law. Its easy to forget in the heat of the moment but AB has filmed the interaction so has all the evidence he needs to still pursue a civil claim for what seems an illegal search. AB you have my best wishes in your pursuit of justice
This is called 'Drop off'. The idea is that you continue to put obstacles in the way knowing that at each obstacle a percentage of people will just give up. Then eventually they deal with the people who just aren't going to go away quietly.
100% unlawfully detained and searched and 100% the detaining police officer didn't write a search record, totally agree the detaining officer doesn't belong on the police force, in fact I don't think any of these 4 officers deserve to serve the community, I would love to hear what your solicitors have to say on keep up the great frontline AB you are educating us all.
To be fair, you were given the chance to give them a contact number or email address, your refusal made it impossible for the WPC to help you. A catch 22 situation. Try being a lot less brusque, you might get more cooperation.
Imagine some one whom goes through a simular experience with the now famous 4 officers, imagine the person questioned by the 4 is not mentally able or confident enough to ask for the search and detainment records.. This highlights the police are still in the 1960 s mindset.
I work in IT as a DBA (database analyst). I can absolutely guarantee - unless they have an extremely outdated and terribly engineered system - that they can query their arrest database based on things like time, date, which officers were present, location etc. Your name will absolutely not be required. They’re being deliberately obstinate
System is terribly engineered. I have put in FOI requests for quite basic information and they say they can't search the system for that information. Maybe its possible for a geek to go in the back and wack up a SQL query to find it. But an end user, no chance unless its really basic search criteria.
Police staff obviously don't have access to the police national computer system's database and if they did, they wouldn't be aware of how to write database queries for it 😅

The line of can we help is police for what are you doing citizen explain yourself. No real care to the public just expecting automatic compliance.
Police have no incentive to act in honour as we're forced to tolerate them under threats of, and actual acts of, violence.
Credit to that young officer who really tried yo help you out AB! The other two didnt really want to help but the young man was great and very polite
The rest of them will put him straight as time goes on.
That younger lad was really nice & helpful, bless him.
I am the public and I am interested :-) Especially in police abuse of authority
Any compensation should come out of the officer’s wages that mess up and abuse the law. That would make them think twice about abusing people’s rights. When we the tax payer have to pay for their stupidity, they will never learn.
Any cop guilty of misconduct should be stripped of their pensions, funds given to the victims of their misdemeanors
Lulz. Yea and I want a unicorn. Which will happen first…any idea?
Public policy will never allow this as it would deter officers.
Just like in any other job you f-up your fired and if you f-up really bad you get prosecuted simple.
@@rumple7551not when your superiors are encouraging this behaviour. They think they’re the good guys, so bending the rules is okay.
Thank you for keeping us amused..great vids you put up ..and keeping our rights against tyrants ..👍👍👍the crest is spot on your king of auditors ...
Lack of money to man police stations, maybe it's being spent ELSEWHERE!
All government bodies excel at being inefficient. The only meaningful thing they produce is waste.
They must be very bored most of the time. If there is a traffic accident, suddenly there are about 10 policemen and 6 or 7 cars attending.
So after this crazy unlawful search, they want AB to meet w/ the officers who blatantly violated his rights?!!! 😖 🤤🕵️👮🏻🤤
I've a feeling they'll be trying to avoid any sort of meeting as they know they F'd up big time.
So the cops don't want to even deal with people in open nicks anymore ? what's the point with having a nick then ?
Somewhere to keep warm and watch TV I guess.
Completely pointless
Somewhere to hide in when AB comes back at 2pm and they dont want to talk to him.
Dont worry the corrupt souless fallen Brothers and or fallen Sisters working in and for the corrupt police forces WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW COME THEIR D DAYS. God Bless You Amen xxxxxxx And God Bless Your Earthly Life Time And Earthly Family Amen xxxxxxx
Lol, when AB said 'One of the males looks like chucky' I was belly laughing
Damn why am I not surprised, police falling over themselves with excuses, nothing new
The young officer actually actually seemed to care and want to help..
Yeah but I'd say when he went inside the others told him not to help
Those four officers aww probably hiding upstairs in the building behind these two officers👊
Yo, AB! You’re getting around, mate! Well done - keeping us entertained and educated as always.
They are always 'looking for someone' when they want to get your information, or 'you are acting suspiciously'.
All bullshit!
Definitely agree 👍
Only searched him to see if he had identification on him to get his details.
Abusing search powers to infringe your right to privacy
I don’t want to sound like a Karen but this is absolutely disgusting. The detaining officer or officers have obviously not documented the search and tried to pass it off as you weren’t the person they were looking for so nothing is needed. Horrendous behaviour, get em AB 💪🏽
Constables NOT officers !
You need to be proud you are doing what all people should be doing, THANK YOU.
Young officer is so helpful, I'm sure he knows AB and had watched part 1, and he was humbled to happen to be in this video, very helpful young officer right there 😊
Just because he's going his job doesn't mean he's watched anything
Love it... Entertaining us while holding them accountable at the same time... with the added bonus of them giving you a big pay out!
No wonder your subscription numbers are still rising! Great work AB!!!
They thought you couldn't be 'arsed' to come back at them for details of search record!--How wrong they were! Power to you AB.
Top quality auditing as usual, AB. Your content really does expose the inefficiencies and incompetency that these police forces all seem to share!
The kid super de-escalated the situation. Good work.
the police are clueless about thier own procedures , they are a waste of public money. Time to sack them all and start again , the same applies to politicians
The fact she could have just said "no worries sir, I see whats gone wrong here, I will email the officer involved and get him to create a search record relating to this incident and you can come back and collect it if you wish" just shows how incompetent and corrupt these people are
That's what i was thinking. Baffling.
The lady was ok to be fair if she has no info she cant give it
@@andrewstratford4753shrugging and saying I haven’t got it when it’s a legal entitlement and you’re the public point of contact isn’t enough. Suggesting as an alternative that the officers who abused their powers should be able to directly contact the individual who’s had their rights infringed is even worse, who would want that? She needs to do more legwork to establish what’s failed and how it can be rectified on their end rather than putting onus or further pressure on the individual
... or, AB could have simply requested to do it that way....
Get a fucking life
We love you like family A.B. What a man….and Jnr of course ✌️
can we just acknowledge how sweet the young police officer who settled everything calmly was and went out of his way to gather information and was extremely patient.
Dont worry they will soon kick that out of him.
Yep the motto of TVP is, do onto others before they do onto you.
He didn't use the name of somebody else. He said AB's first name.
No, the TAXPAYER loses money. They lose absolutely nothing.
A shining example of a newly trained officer. Looks about 12 stood with hands in pockets. National service needed I think. Today's police force, complete waste of space.
National service will only send them off to bomb people out of their homes and cause a further influx of immigrants. Just get him cleaning toilets.

In recent times AB has reached new levels, every video is absolute comedy GOLD, always has me in stitches! Much appriated AB for brightening up my day as often as you do 😂
They failed to generated a search record because the search was illegal. It would be interesting to find out when the incident record was generated. They probably only generated the incident number because you showed up looking for the search record. The time of this incident record being logged is something you should look for. As always, great video.
The most searched bag in the UK who wants it HAD ME DEAD 😂😂😂😂😂😂
"All our police stations are closed & we never answer the phone or go on the beat. Sorry about that. But if you absolutely insist on disturbing us by wanting to talk to a police officer just go to any public place and start filming.'
And can we have some more money please.
So you have to relinquish your rights to obtain a copy of the search record. A record that you are entitled to at the earliest convenience. What a bunch of self serving tyrants.
It’s ridiculous. A search record used to be provided straight after the search and without the need for any personal details, but it seems they’ve found yet another way to trample on people rights.
Keep up the good work AB, can’t begin to imagine how frustrated you must’ve felt after being given the run around by pc chuckie and the rest of them imbeciles, I hope you win your claim dude👍
Pc Chuckie. lol

You’re assuming they entered it into the “system”
@whancock11 which would mean he would get an even larger payout as he has video evidence that can be verified by the supermarkets CCTV footage. It would be a huge mistake on their end.
The 15 year old on work experience who went out of his way and searched the computer twice for you saved them all from looking like a group of incompetent tossers.

There's going to be more "parts" to this than the Harry Potter franchise, with how long it takes for police to sort there own mess out. AB, I hope you take this to the limit. Stay safe and stay AB ❤
Definitely 👍
The deliberate attempts to prevent you from having an official record of the the police interactions is truly difficult to comprehend. They MUST be held accountable for their outrageous behaviour and they should be severely disciplined for their blatant attempts to make you just give up and go away. Why are they not held to account, there is only one logical answer - because they are utterly corrupt from the top down and all the way to the most junior plods. The entire institution needs to be defunded and dismantled and the sooner the better.

The young lad officer is a legend. So helpful and professional 👮♀️ amazing work bro
Only once he realised who AB was
If The seen some unlawful actions by his colleagues do you think he would report it?nope!
If she cannot give you a search record based on the incudent number, that means the officers failed to generate a search record. That's a formal complaint.
Which would achieve nothing. Filed in the round cabinet, the one in the floor.
That's a civil claim.
The young man who went to find the information for you was a credit to the police force
Yes, credit where credit’s due, he was the only helpful one in this video. He actually went out of his way to try to find a resolution and even apologised.
Look again
He started off ok. But when AB came back at 2pm and the cop that searched him did not want to speak to AB he was more than happy to lie to AB and pretend he wasn't there and wouldnt be coming in at all (even though he was due to).
Na, he knew it was an auditor, he said he recognised his voice, he wanted to throw his older colleagues under the bus
Credit to the police force 😂 He went to find the information and failed to find the information. He kept talking over the other fella. Arrogant, overconfident, inefficient homosexual teenage boy band member. So yeah, ironically he probably is a credit to the embarrassment that is the police force.
I wouldn’t give them my details if I’d annoyed them that much … “We know where you live” and all that!
Your videos are just getting better and better AB. Comedic narrative whilst exposing the men and women who really shouldn't be wearing the uniform and abusing their position. They devalue the many good officers that the force employ. I admire the fact that you put yourself in confrontational situations in order to expose these bullies. Keep up the good work!
Do you ever get the feeling they don’t want you to proceed with the claim, everything put in the way to block it, so where is the search record or are the police now just ignoring any official paperwork. Good video AB.👏👏
Luckily AB doesn’t need the search record to make a claim, however, their failure to record the search won’t work in their favour.
part of the plan
That just adds up to the claim.
They are digging their own grave.
Love it, juicy Part 2 of child clowns hopefully learning a lesson about how they shouldn't violate people's rights! 💪🏽😤🤳🏽🗽
🤣The fantastic lunacy of them being concerned about 'terrorism...in this day and age' and yet leaving that box unattended - it could contain enough explosive to flatten the place!
Clearly yet another new form of police corruption AB - refuse your record on the spot then evade giving a (clearly non existent) copy to you later unless you provide details. That's 2023 UK policing for you.
I love how you slaughtered PC Entertain - brilliant as always, thank you.
11:15 - "I had something to do" [shows steak] 😂😂
I told you not to speak, lol🤣
DND mode should work too

The moral of the story - Ensure you receive on the spot all necessary paperwork from any police interaction It will be mission impossible to get it after especially if the Police have broken the law. Its easy to forget in the heat of the moment but AB has filmed the interaction so has all the evidence he needs to still pursue a civil claim for what seems an illegal search. This is called 'Drop off'. The idea is that you continue to put obstacles in the way knowing that at each obstacle a percentage of people will just give up. Then eventually they deal with the people who just aren't going to go away quietly.
it's the putin way- drag it out long enough, people lose interest
100% unlawfully detained and searched and 100% the detaining police officer didn't write a search record, totally agree the detaining officer doesn't belong on the police force, in fact I don't think any of these 4 officers deserve to serve the community, I would love to hear what your solicitors have to say on keep up the great frontline AB you are educating us all.
To be fair, you were given the chance to give them a contact number or email address, your refusal made it impossible for the WPC to help you. A catch 22 situation. Try being a lot less brusque, you might get more cooperation.
@@Roadrunner45 yes, give your information to an obvious criminal

you can't fault that young lad for doing his best to help you out.
I work in IT as a DBA (database analyst).
I can absolutely guarantee - unless they have an extremely outdated and terribly engineered system - that they can query their arrest database based on things like time, date, which officers were present, location etc.
Your name will absolutely not be required. They’re being deliberately obstinate
many auditors, AB included, often get the desired documents without giving personal details. TVP coming across as a comedy cop club.
System is terribly engineered. I have put in FOI requests for quite basic information and they say they can't search the system for that information.
Maybe its possible for a geek to go in the back and wack up a SQL query to find it. But an end user, no chance unless its really basic search criteria.
@@rogerkangaroo6118 The lower rank police likely do not have SQL level access. Probably just have some limited front end.
